We also handle plumbing installations and renovations. Whether you need a new toilet, a new garbage disposal, or a new faucet in your bathroom, we’ll help you find the right one and get it installed and working for you. Are you trying to make your dream bathroom or kitchen into a reality? We’ll help make sure your dreams come true!
Drain Cleaning & Clogged Drains
Drain cleaning is one of our specialties. All of our professional plumbers come equipped with high-grade plumbing snakes. These are better than the ones you can rent at the hardware store because they are less likely to get stuck or to kink while in your drain. Both of these problems can be devastating to your plumbing.
If your clogged drain goes beyond a simple cleaning, we’ll handle that, too. We’ll locate the clog, then do whatever we have to do to get it out so your water and sewage can flow easily again. Even if the clog is in your sewer, we’ll get the problem taken care of.

Installed new York Furnace-Y81E080B12SMPS1 Re-used existing thermostat Equipment Warranty 10 year Labor/10 year parts
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating with excessive static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found that the heat exchanger is failed and has multiple holes in multiple cells of the heat exchanger. This makes the furnace unsafe to operate because the furnace is venting carbon monoxide into the air stream. Reached out to a field supervisor to provide repair and replacement pricing. Replaced the solenoid valve and humidifier panel as part of the furnace replacement. Furnace is not operational at this time.
Floor Drain is backed up. I ran water through drains coming from ac and furnace. No issues. Checked for water in furnace but all hoses were tight. Floor drain didn’t drain when I poured a cup of water through the ac drain. Plumbers are scheduled this afternoon to clear drain.
Sold repair for shower valve entry through backside of shower and other bathroom. Main entry valve repair putting a ball valve above.

Dispatched for furnace tune-up. The components that are tested during the tuneup are heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, blower wheel, inducer, temp split and combustion in the heat exchanger. All components of the furnace are with in range of manufacture specifications. Recommend adding a condensation pump to the system to help with the collection of the condensation. This would allow to relocate the collection bucket anywhere. Also recommend a duct cleaning and blower wheel cleaning. After disconnecting each terminal of the sensors and that they had a good connection. Then disconnected the plug from the board and check the connection was secure the code reset and the system began to operate. The system went through all stages of heating and is operating as it should. Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found a large crack on one of the cells of the heat exchanger. This crack is absolutely big enough to vent carbon monoxide into the airstream, making the furnace unsafe to operate in heating mode. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Signed red tag with homeowner. Turned off the gas valve feeding the furnace. Field supervisor proposed repair and replacement solutions.
