Review of LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

We had totally forgotten to schedule our a/c service. We had been contacted several times but we just couldn't find the time. LBA called last week and said they had a special going on for end of service on air conditioning- $59!!!!!- We took advantage of that!!!!!! Drew was the service person that came to our home. He was very friendly but professional- I was very confident that everything he told me was correct and I have no worries that our a/c and heating unit are well taken care of. They are very efficient in handling their service calls- I like getting an email and then a call to advise that LBA IS ON THE WAY and gives us the specific person that will be arriving!!! We appreciate that

23 yr old trane ac and furnace system. AC is low on r22, has leak. Mother referred us to them. Presented 3 Ruud options to install new ac / furnace system. Needs to review with sig other. Follow up tonight.
