Arrived for heat check on two systems. Both are passing static. Both have good compressor and fan amps. Both have good temperature rise. All electrical is in range. I replaced both humidifier pads and both are working. Systems are running at departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived to assess a system to be replaced. Noted all changes the homeowner would like to make besides the system replacement. Inspected the system. Found that the flue is paper thin. Found that the blower wheel is heavily coated in debris. System is more than 20 years old and is in very rough condition.

Arrived today for ac check on two systems. On both systems, all electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. Blower wheels are clean. Motor amps are good. There are 20 degree temp splits. At the condensing units I installed hard start kits on both. This has helped bring the start up amps down and the now the compressor starts much easier. All electrical components are running properly. I rinsed coils clean. Pressures and charge are a little off. I have documented everything done today and we will monitor the charge. Today you signed up for membership on each system and I installed two hard start kits. Systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

We had totally forgotten to schedule our a/c service. We had been contacted several times but we just couldn't find the time. LBA called last week and said they had a special going on for end of service on air conditioning- $59!!!!!- We took advantage of that!!!!!! Drew was the service person that came to our home. He was very friendly but professional- I was very confident that everything he told me was correct and I have no worries that our a/c and heating unit are well taken care of. They are very efficient in handling their service calls- I like getting an email and then a call to advise that LBA IS ON THE WAY and gives us the specific person that will be arriving!!! We appreciate that
