When I arrived the stat read 67 degrees. Check all function and unit is running as it should be. Located a clogged condensation trap on the second unit and cleaned out the trap.Found inside that there was four dampers close on the new system side and I opened them up. They asked me to reprogram the back thermostat so the could have it colder then 74. Set low temp at 65. Went over with the, what vents went to which stat since the have two systems feeding the customer area of the building.

Price includes a Trane 72,000 btu package unit with gas heat, hail guards and room thermostat. Existing ductwork, electrical disconnect, roof curb and utilities will be reused. See options below.

Arrived to customers for ac tune up and, during the inspection we had gotten a high call for Static Pressure and after opening vents and changing filter we made little progress but not enough to SP test passing. FS has been called to do validation testing. Continuing into inspection also notice that the capacitor is for the ac unit is getting ready to call it quits. Customers have been informed during the inspection these 2 discrepancies other than that. All other components and refrigerant levels met within factory specs.

Arrived for ac maintenance. Switched thermostat to ac and turned down to 65. Checked static pressures. It failed. Confirmed blower speeds for 3 ton unit. They appear to be correct calling for high checked all components on blower and furnace. Running within spec. Blower is dirty. Very dirty. Also changed filter. Customer says static pressure has been an issue and he opted to not have it corrected because he feels it should have been corrected at time of install.. checked ac unit outside. All components are running within spec and refrigerant levels are where they need to be with the current temperature the outside coil is extremely dirty. I will be offering a pull and clean of blower wheel and ECC of outside unit customer decline all options he says he got the whole home house cleaning 3 months ago and the blower should not be dirty. Customer called for tune up, upon arrival it was noted coil case was sweating but no air flow upstairs. It was found the coil was frozen, coil had become clogged with dog hair. Cleaned dog hair from coil and system was operating. Upon checking pressures a loose schrader was found and replaced, system had lost charge during process, refilled system until pressures and super heat were optimal. System operating normally upon departure.

Arrived. Customer explained that their downstairs toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. Upon inspection the toilet was filled with s**t and wouldn’t flush. Grab toilet auger and thoroughly cleaned out the toilet line clearing the blockage. Flush toilet after pulling line out with no issues toilet is back in working order. Tested water quality and water pressure and went over readings with Waylon and miss copper. No options built as customer needed to get back to work. Customer is also a member so no 89

Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. I first tested the static pressure on the system and it was currently failing with a rating of .6 out of a maximum of .5. I replaced their filter with a Merv 11 20x25x4inch for free as part of her membership per Manager Eli. I retested the static pressure after replacing the filter but that didn’t make any chance to my readings. I then checked the running amps on the blower motor and it was within specs. The blower wheel I noticed had been cleaned and the customer told me her son works for AB Mayand they cleaned it as part of training. I then checked the outdoor unit. The charge as good on refrigerant. I checked running amps on the compressor and the fan motor and both were within specifications. The dual run cap was reading a little low on the compressor side and reading good on the fan side. Advised they should replace it,she had one on hand so I out it in the condenser for her. She declined all options for now. She also doesn’t want a supervisor

Arrived at the customers home to perform a furnace maintenance. Upon arrival I put the system into heating mode and began by checking static pressure. I found static pressure to be failing at this time. I changed the dirty furnace filter and verified all vents and dampers were open within the home as well as adjusted the blower speeds. Static pressure was still failing. I continued by checking all electrical levels and found the inducer motor to be over amping. I checked the blower wheel assembly for cleanliness and excessive play in the shaft. I did not find excessive play in the shaft but found the blower wheel to be dirty. I inspected the flame sensor which was good, performed a combustion analyzer test which was also good at this time. I inspected the heat exchanger and found signs of heat stress. I spoke with the customer on the phone about the inducer motor and cleaning the blower wheel and he would like to wait at this time. System was operational when I left. Thanks for having

Main Drain Clearing/ Camera Inspection. Arrives. Customer explained that his main line has been backed up for the past couple days. Upon inspection the basement had 2 to 3 inches of standing Sewage water. Found inside clean out in the basement and ran 300 auger about 50 feet in. Clearing the clog at about 20 feet. Watched water start to drain through floor drain. Line is open and flowing. Waiting for Adrian to arrive for Camera inspection.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Teresa who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any immediate questions they had to help set expectations.
