DATE: 3/10/25 Detailed description of what was done today: Arrived at home and spoke with Justin about reason I was called today, which was to install new shower valve and trim kit for upstairs bathroom. Dry was sold by Cameron prior to me coming today so he already knew what to expect price wise and the work that needed to be done. Upon arrival, I cut open shower kit shell to make more room to remove old, shower valve and install new fittings, and shower valve. Once the old was out, I put The new valve and fittings, and then water tested everything before putting the trim kits on. Collected signatures and payment and headed out. Wear and Tear: -NA After reviewing the entire house I went over everything with Justin to ensure they understood everything going on in the house and what could be done to address it. Site survey visit. Form was completed and emailed to Rick No key in lockbox today. I did call and left Blake a message letting him know that the key is missing. I accessed the mechanical room using the optometrist’s key.

Arrived because the system was not heating effectively. After checking the air handler the first thing I noticed was that one of the power strips in the heat kit had failed. Because of this the system is only operating at about 66%. To compensate for this I turn the fan speed down and was able to raise the overall temperature coming out of the supply by about 15°. I ordered the part from Lennox and it should arrive on the 19th, which is a Wednesday. We will call. When is the part arrives to schedule when we can come install it. Once we install it, we will raise the fan speed back up to its correct recommendation.
