Drain Cleaning & Clogged Drains
Drain cleaning is one of our specialties. All of our professional plumbers come equipped with high-grade plumbing snakes. These are better than the ones you can rent at the hardware store because they are less likely to get stuck or to kink while in your drain. Both of these problems can be devastating to your plumbing.
If your clogged drain goes beyond a simple cleaning, we’ll handle that, too. We’ll locate the clog, then do whatever we have to do to get it out so your water and sewage can flow easily again. Even if the clog is in your sewer, we’ll get the problem taken care of.

Job Locations and Reviews
Arrived to because they were saying system was not running. Upon inspection I found that the staging tab for two stage furnace was not set to be on. I set it to the correct setting. System kicked up to second stage and satisfied thermostat. Advised customer to watch system and call back if anything else goes wrong. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
Happy call
Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up on the main floor system. This home has 2 systems, one for main floor and one for upstairs. First, I ran a static pressure test on the systems. The main floor is rated for 1.0 and it testing at .78 which is passing. The second floor is also rated for 1.0 and it testing at .64 also passing. I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both were within specs on both systems. I cleaned both flame sensors. Cleared the hoses and pressure switches. The blower wheels were a little dusty but not bad yet. I took a temperature split on both units and they were both testing within manufacturer specifications. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us! Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S. I took payment today in the amount of $47.00 via CC. Have a great New Year!

Install flue pipe and pressure reducing valve. Recommended replacing furnace due to getting 5 ppm of carbon monoxide and being very old, but customer declined.
Installed new ball valve for humidifiers. Turned on furnaces and checked to make sure water was coming through like it should. I also changed out furnace filter on main floor furnace since furnace was overheating.
Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. This system is rated for a maximum of .5 static pressure. On my first test it was at .88 which is well above the max. I recalibrated the blower motor in heating mode and brought the static pressure down to .62 which is still failing above the max of .5 but we have done as much as we can do to lower the static pressure at this point I believe. Next, I checked the running amps on the blower and inducer motor and both tested within specs. I took a temperature split on the system and it was at 130 degrees - 81 degrees = 49 degree temp rise is within specs. The extra filter that was downstairs, I used in the left side filter slot so the now have the same type of filter on both returns. -If you hav any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us! Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S. Todays service was opted $47 or they can participate in the canned food drive. I collected 3 canned food today.
