Corbin didn't make it within the time frame I was told when he would arrive but he was courteous, cleaned up after himself and said I may need a furnace part replaced but he was not pushy about it.

Upon arrival we checked all operations in the system and found that the pressure switches were failing and the system has higher static pressure. We also inspected the blower to find it was dirty at this time. Upon customer approval we replaced two of the pressure switches that were the main issue and had a supervisor out to evaluate static and look at duct cleaning options.

After speaking with daughter, I received proper authorization and payment information to move forward with repairs. Turned off water. Cut out faulty water softener. Re-piped copper waterline. Turned on water and tested. Normal operation restored.
