We were out to evaluate the system and found that the wires had been swapped down at the zoning control board. System was kicking the ac on as if it was a heat pump but it has no reversing valve. After switching wires to the proper terminals system is operating properly.

Responded for a call on no heat. When I arrived by test the furnace in heating mode. Flame ignition was not starting due to a pressure hose. Going from one pressure switch to the other that was not seated correctly. It most likely came loose from the vibration of the blower motor. I then replaced one of the square pressure hoses in the inducer motor. It looked as if it had been pinched because it was at an awkward twisted angle. I then cleaned the last two hoses going from the inducer to the collector box and the pressure switch to the gas valve to make sure there are no obstructions. I then tested the heater three times to make sure it started up correctly.
Company removed the failed softener system and install new novo combo unit. Company checked flushed all fixtures and water heater of potential resin media. Thank you for choosing LBA and have a great day.
Upon arrival, customer mentioned how he’s having inconsistent and low water pressure throughout the system. Tested and verified findings. After further diagnostics determined that water softener had failed and is sending out media resin throughout the whole plumbing system causing pressure problems. Recommended replacing and flushing out the system. Customer authorized work and scheduled for Friday morning.
Installed new furnace. Tested and cycled. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Arrived to furnace maintenance. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer who showed me the location of the furnace, ac, and corresponding thermostat. I began my maintenance by cleaning safeties and checking the overall condition of the furnace. This included a safety inspection of the systems heat exchanger. Upon doing this I found large holes had formed within the heat exchanger itself making this system unsafe to operate. I showed the customer these holes live and red tagged/shut down the furnace. My supervisor will be here to go over replacement. Furnace off upon departure.
Customer did not have time for me to come inside.
Replace hot and cold side shut off valves. Restore water and test. 1 year parts and labor warranty. Discovered high water pressure and extremely hard water. Discussed pressure regulator and something for water quality.

Company arrived Wednesday, May 24, 2023 to provide estimate for installing hose bib and utility sink. Upon inspection company was able to install hose bib and utility sink water was restored to the home no leaks are present upon completion. Company arrive Friday, May 19, 2023 to perform plumbing inspection. Upon completion of inspection company found hardness 19 TDS 415. This canon will lead to mechanical failure and appliances and plumbing. Company found whole house water pressure is 110 psi. This canon will lead to mechanical failure in appliances and plumbing. Arrived to AC out call. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer about the issue at hand which was the ac would come on but no cooling was being provided. I ensured proper blower operation inside then made my way to the outdoor unit. Here with it running I hooked my gauges up finding it extremely low on refrigerant. With age of this system and the refrigerant it uses no longer being available I spoke with the customer about replacement. I am having my supervisor out to meet with him this evening between 530-600. System off upon departure.

Company arrive Wednesday, May 3, 2023 to give estimate for water heater replacement. Company inspected existing water heater, need immediate replacement. Company is recommending installations of Bradford White 40 Gal Gas Water Heater. Customer chose to become a PSF member. Thank you for choosing LBA Services.
Performed AC maintenance today. Filter did not need to be replaced. Completed all checks and cleanings. Cleaned and tested the condensate drain. Check the refrigerant pressures and temperatures Found that pressures were reading low, found that line set had a pinhole leak on suction that was leaking refrigerant out. Homeowner has approved of repairs and will have dispatch call her to schedule a time to come out and repair.
Arrived to HVAC maintenance. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer who showed me the location of furnace and outdoor unit. At the furnace 8 checked static pressure, amp draw on all motors, cleaned safeties, and ensured proper operation. I found substantial debris build up throughout the duct work and blower wheel. The debris on the blower wheel is causing a loss of airflow along with the high static pressure. On the outdoor unit I checked refrigerant and the electrical. A mouse had died on the capacitor and caused it to burn. With customers approval I replaced this and washed the outdoor coil with water. System running upon departure.
Customer has tin venting in garage ceiling that has always formed condensation and eventually created a black mold around 2 vent runs in garage ceiling. Advised customer tin vent is touching drywall ceiling with no room for proper insulation. Customer has home for sale and wanted confirmation of where leak was coming from. Customer Is going to cut drywall out and build soffit around tin venting to allow room to properly insulate vent bays to prevent the temperature fluctuations causing condensate to form. Drain and remove your existing water heater, then install a customer supplied 50 gallon electric water heater standard. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. 03/10/2023 company arrived at customers house to install a customer supplied electric water heater. Company came out for leaking water. Customer informed company that water was running out of upstairs into basement and behind kitchen wall. Company determined that water line was no leaking from any home water lines. Company found that fridge appliance is pouring water when water to unit is on. Fridge is cause of leaking. Checked capacitor. Checked carbon monoxide. Checked filter and replaced. Checked drain. Recommend Blower clean and steam humidifier. Cx went with just the blower clean today.
