10/24 PROPOSAL SIGNED AND ATTACHED Replace the existing Goodman 60,000 btu cooling condenser and indoor evaporator. Price includes a York 60,000 btu cooling condenser and uncased indoor evaporator. Existing furnace, ductwork, room thermostat, refrigerant lines, outdoor electrical disconnect and indoor coil cabinet will be reused. New unit covered by a five year compressor, one year parts and labor warranty.

During this visit I checked the roof top unit in both cooling and heating mode as controlled by the thermostat. An equipment inspection form was completed. The unit was checked for both mechanical and electrical functions. The A/C drain was confirmed to be free from obstructions. All checks performed were passed and the unit is in excellent condition. Found unit has bad compressor Motor winding shorted to shell. Also found that unit has only 38 volts on one leg of power at the shut off. Will need electrician to fix power problem before we can properly repair unit. Unit is Goodman model gsx130601ba. Serial 100769639.

Dual capacitor and extensive coil clean

Excavated from foundation to other side of driveway at meter and installed approximately 60’ of 3/4” service blue. Pressure tested system for leaks and correct pressure, domestic water working as should. Inspected by City of Gardner for correct installation. Graveled and backfilled to mound for settling. Not responsible for landscape. Driveway will be replaced on Thursday to finished grade per quoted work. Upon excavating found bad joint approximately 4-5’ outside of foundation.
