Arrived to customers for inspection. During the inspection we notice a high call on static pressure. Other than that all other components and refrigerant levels met factory specs.

Static is failing at 1.0 on a .5 max system. Acfm count failed as well. Recommend shutting off system. Customers just want to make sure refrigerant is good to go and is selling the home.

Arrived at the customers house to put on a cap on the refrigerant line. The cap that is needed is not stocked on the service vans. Someone will be out tomorrow morning to put the cap on.

Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected the furnace filter. Checked the static pressure and found it was passing at this time. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components in the system. Today we found the capacitor was failing and the contactor was burnt. Upon customer approval we replaced both components and got them on the new family club.

Arrived for no cool call. Found static was failing on the system. She agreed for a field supervisor to come out. Found a leak in a schrader core on line set. System was out of refrigerant. Also found the blower wheel was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Replaced the schrader valve. She agreed to refill with refrigerant. System is on and running.

Customer called system was frozen. Upon arrival coil was frozen up. Had to thaw it out. Once thawed out check air flow. The air flow was good, pressure were good condenser was dirty unable to exactly determine freeze up. Customer second unit it did trip out on thermal limit did cool compressor. Tripped again so will need to revisit.

Arrived. Customer explained that her bathroom sink was not draining properly. Upon inspection the sink would fill up pretty quick and drain slowly. Detached sink stopper and pulled out a bunch of hair. Hooked sink stopper back up And ran water in front of the customer with no back ups are current. Line is open and flowing. Went over water quality and water pressure with supervisor. Member so no 89

Arrived for ac tune up today. There are 2 systems in the house. I started with the upstairs system. This is a ten year old system. Here I found failing static pressure. Larry was ok with field supervisor visit today. The blower amps and capacitor were good readings. Turned system off then cleaned system. I moved to the main floor system. This is a seven year old system. The static pressure test passed. The blower amps and temp splits were good too. On the matching ac unit all readings and operations were working properly. I did not get to check out the other as it was off.

Arrived at property and was greeted by homeowner, she explained that her kitchen sink backed up over the weekend, and was unable to get a hold of anybody to come out during that time. Upon inspection we reviewed her kitchen light is still backed up and have not been able to open it up with the auger. We are now looking at kitchen line replacement. I provided options for kitchen line replacement. Customer asked that I emailed her the estimate because we had a competitor show up at the same time.

Upon arrival the customer explained that her dehumidifier was turning in when the system was not on. She also has a UV/Germicidal unit to clean the air but no one ever told her when she purchased it that she would have to pay $300 to replace the bulb every 3 years. I explained the dehumidifier will come on even if the system is not on because when it senses the humidity level in the house is too high it kicks on. Took payment for the trip fee by card in the amount of $59.00.

Upon arrival the AC was not working at all. The thermostat would not go down below the temp in the house so I couldn’t call for cool. I went and jumpered the system on from the control board and then checked refrigerant levels and found the system was empty. I added 300psi of nitrogen to try and locate the leak. I was unable to find it. The added 1 lbs of refrigerant and the did a leak search with my refrigerant sniffer and I found the leak in the bottom left side of the indoor coil. Nick presented option to repair vs. replace for the customer. Customer then stated he was going to move out and let his contractor fix the problems. I only charged for the trip and diagnostic fee of $120. Put the system all back together before leaving. They can still use the heat but no AC. Customer knows the AC is not fixed.

Today LBA representative Kadon Timmons carefully looked over the recurring plumbing problem that floods now & then in my downstairs walkout. I very much appreciated the information he shared. The house main floor drain that has been a ticking time bomb thanks to a terribly installed mid-1980's bar sink downstairs in the "upgraded" walkout lower level. I've been living with this Sword of Damacles far too long. Kadon represented a breath of fresh air. I would appreciate a bid to permanently fix the issue. Kadon has all the info. He was very helpful & a winner today! He rid the slippery floor of water (that alone was a gift due to the slick tile & my 72 year old back)
