Price includes a 60,000 btu roof mounted condenser, indoor evaporator and refrigerant line flushing. Existing gas furnace, refrigerant lines, ductwork and room thermostat will be reused. Equipment quoted is York brand 13 seer efficient. New unit covered by a five year compressor, one year parts and labor warranty.
