Arrived for ac maintenance. Static pressure failed. Checked vents, changed filter, no dampers. Still failed. Blower wheel dirty. Microbial growth on evaporator coil. Temperature split 18 degrees. Outside coil extremely dirty. Refrigerant levels within range. Electronics in ac within range. Cleaned outside coil.

Completed full ac maintenance. Need to get with them about getting the two other buildings in the same location on a maintenance plan.

Came out here for an ac maintenance upon arrival, tested static static pressure was filled. Take a look at the outside unit heater. Unit was on a good condition. Only three years old refrigerant charge amp for the compressor and the fan with perfectly within range. Capacitor was good as well. all the word tear was on the actual furnace itself. It was knocking extremely bad. The blower motor itself was extremely dirty. The motor for the blower wheel was bad. I had a lot of play making extremely loud noises he change it was showing you know some rough spots as well coil for the unit being extremely dirty had supervisor come out, retesting verifying present options to the customer. Jacob and Nikki approved having their old furnace and water heater replaced. Duct cleaning and airflow improvements. Scheduled install is tomorrow, July 25, 2024.

Looking at options to add system in the attic and connect to existing ductwork, add more supply’s and add returns

7-23-24 Body cooler refrigerator circuit evaporator is frozen. Will return tomorrow morning after it thaws out.

Arrived at customers for AC inspection inspection, we’ve Received I called the counter, discovered that our blower wheel was dirty, filter needed to be changed and condenser coil also was dirty. Refrigerant level are low and know the HVAC equipment is passed life expectancy, R22 is what is used for the equipment. Other than that all other components met within factory specs

Came out to do an AC inspection upon arrival Tested static static failed . . We have a supervisor and he said he wanted to schedule went out for next week. I took refrigerant charge It was perfectly within spec capacitor. It was good. I took him from the compressor and the fan both were within spec. Overall, the unit was good with the unit down, washed it off from debris and things like that unit is up and running now. The only thing I didn’t notice, and I mentioned to him was at the blow. It was a bit dirty and wasn’t even cleaning said he would think about it and get it the next time we were out here.

Completed inspection, all aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. Gas leak was found on furnace, provided repair option for customer.

Upon arrival customer let us know that upstairs kitchen sink and bar sink down below are backing up. Tested and confirmed. Customer authorized us to clear both drains. Performed work and tested no more back ups at this time. During visit also noticed that basement faucet had broken hot side handle and older shut off valves. Upstairs hall toilet makes a constant hissing sound. Guest bathroom toilet has had leaking problems in the past and pass repairs have failed. Recommend replacement. Customer authorized return tomorrow to address toilet problems and install new lab faucet.

Customer relations

Customer looking to replace system since moving the system would be really expensive since it’s R22. I offered option for leaving unit where it’s at and moving it.

Duct cleaned

Completed AC tune up for customer, all aspects of system tested with manufacturer specifications aside from refrigerant charge which appear to be low. Will need to revisit with customer to discuss further.

Hot water sale

Upon arrival customer let me know his water heater stopped working last Wednesday. The day before there was a storm related power outage. After power outage water heater started to display lower temperature probe error. Water heater has been discontinued parts are not readily available. Because the issue having immediately after power surge it is very likely that main circuit board is damaged. Unit is 13 years old and has rust at the bottom. Replacing unit is the best course of action for long-term fix. Customer needs time to coordinate with insurance.
