System has high static. The system is rated for 1.0 and we are pulling 1.5. We actually want to be around .8 or below after checking all the duct work around the system it’s clear that the system itself needs to be pulling 1600 CFM‘s, but the ductwork around the system is only capable of pulling under 1200 CFM. That means right off the get-go We are missing a full ton of air. I because of this we are having massive airflow issues and air isn’t even able to get all the way through the Plenum to reach all the rooms efficiently. Just by looking at it we need more in air and more out and doing an Aeroseal on top of that will double the efficiency and potential of the system. Not to mention job energy cost by quite a bit due to a decrease in overall amperage to run the system and by cutting down runtimes in half. I have taken multiple measurements and various videos and pictures to go over with our design and fabrication team. We will reach back out Monday once we come up with a viable solu
Went for a furnace maintenance today. Upon arrival tested for static pressure. System rated for 1.0 system operating at .7. Passing for manufacture specifications. Changed out filter for customer. Red tagged system customer signed. Supervisor will have solutions for customer.

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I did a static pressure check on the system. Your system is rated for a max of 1.0 and it is testing at 1.5 which is failing over the max limits which is causing more wear and tear on your system. My Field Supervisor Walker will be getting back with you on this matter. I proceeded to check all the electrical components which I found within manufacturer specifications. The blower is amping a little higher than needed because it is struggling for more air like we talked about today. Just as a reminder please changed your filter every 3 to 4 months. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. Have a great weekend ahead!

Out today for issue with electrical after tankless install. Upon discussing with homeowner discovered that after replacement of old water heater and installation of tankless, we attempted to run plug for tankless, but instead ran a temporary extension cord, after which the lights in the room adjacent to the mechanical room became non-functional. Homeowner was under impression that installation of plug in one of two junction boxes on ceiling within 5 foot range of tankless was included in bid. He has been using us for 15 years and understandably he is quite upset, he said that if he has to pay for this repair, he will never call us again. Cleaned up work area. Did not attempt to collect. We need to get someone out there with relative electrical expertise to make this right.
Arrived at home, and spoke with homeowner about raising recall today, which was a toilet that was emitting a weird smell. Five start and doing hall home inspection with Rob cannot find a distinctive reason as far as why the smell was coming up. On the other hand in the back of the toilet bowl tank, we did see a lot of corrosion caused from chlorine so we ran a complementary water test for them, after I get the results back, all of them failed. We let them know the best way to fix it, and create a quotes for water softener and filtration. Collecting signatures and headed out for the day.
II was showing up because of high static pressure after evaluating. The system it was clear that we need more return and supply air. I also checked the ductwork which is extremely dirty. It was pulling in dirt debris from inside the walls. We need to do a Duct improvement and a clean and seal. When we tried to finance it, we were unable. Because of this, we need to wait. this needs to be done as hastily as possible. The longer the system runs under its current condition the more it will cost, and the more wear and tear , the system will endure (update) we are not able to do the ductwork but we will be doing the aeroseal which will clean out all the vents and decrease the time the system need to operate before cooling the house which will cut down energy cost. We will come back to the ductwork in the future, that way we can get the correct amount of CFM which world further reduce runtimes, doing the aeroseal on Friday a.m.
Quoted several water systems. Left lititure for them to read about halo5

Went to replace head unit and was unsuccessful at getting bushing off old head unit. Novo will be sending parts to properly install new head unit. As of now customer system is operational.
Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and it is passing right now. Heat exchanger is in good shape, not seeing any rust or cracks. Carbon monoxide test was zero. There is bacterial growth on the coil pan. Blower wheel needs to be cleaned. Ran a combustion analysis to make sure system is burning fuel properly. All electrical components are running properly. Today I cleaned the blower wheel. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I did a static pressure test on the system which is rated for a maximum of .5 and your system is reading at .66 which is failing above the max. My Field Supervisor Walker will discuss this further with you. I checked all the electrical components and found them all with manufacturer specifications. The temperature rise was at 43 degrees which is within specs as well. The blower wheel has gotten very dirty and really needs to be cleaned at your earliest convenience. I also found the evaporator coil is clogged up with pet hair and debris and needs to be cleaned as well. There was no charge for todays visit. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. Have a great weekend ahead!
