As a satisfied customer for over 20 years, I’m sorry to report that recent service for my system has not been acceptable. My thermostat has been inoperable 3 different times in the last 4 months. Each of the 3 times, a technician checked it out, said it was fixed; 2 weeks later it was not working. Still not working, I’m very unhappy that I incurred a $59 trip charge THREE times and not getting results!

I’m happy to upgrade my evaluation of LBA services. The technician arrived May 9 to assess the issue I had with my inoperable thermostat. After several hours and much deliberation, he was able to pinpoint the exact problem. Unfortunately the ‘part’ he needed for the fix had to be ordered; happily, the very next day, he installed the part and successfully resolved my problems. Everything is now working perfectly :):):) . I really appreciate Tyler’s patience, diligence and understanding of my situation and I will always ask for him in the future. Thank you Tyler
