LBA called me and offered a free maintenance checkup simply because I had been a previous client. That's unheard-of!! I scheduled the visit at a time convenient to me, was called about 20 min before they showed up, and they were done in about an hour. He wore booties to ensure he wasn't bringing in dirt to my house and talked me through everything he did at the end of his visit. He didn't find anything wrong with my HVAC unit and was very pleasant to work with. Will be using LBA again!
