Great job 👏Very polite and explained everything clearly. Thoroughly inspected my water softener (that I thought was the source of water flooding my basement. This was not the case and showed me evidence of where the source of the water may have been caused from the city (Basehor) jetted the main city sewer lines which caused a back flow into my basement and shower downstairs. I have left a message with the city sewer department regarding the matter. Again, great job and advice.
