The technician was very professional.
Recover System, replace compressor, pressure test and pull a vacuum on system. Recharge refrigerant to manufacturers specifications.
Annual P3 AC maintenance and inspection. Almost 10 year old Lennox AC. Rinsed outdoor coil, blew out condensate drain line, replaced homeowner provided furnace filter, tested all electronic components, checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, measured temperature drop across indoor coil. Compressor has an audible rattle when it turns on and off. Called about replacement compressor since it’s still under a manufacturers parts warranty until August. Mark wanted some options on furnace updates as well, Scott is on his way for that end of things.
Job is much more remodel than we do. This is a complete remodel
