Went for an out for furnace. Did replace pressure switch pressure. Had system running before leaving. Had a supervisor and help out. Did come conclude that pipe needs to be upsized. And will be done this week for customer.

Duct and blower wheel cleaning

Arrived to customers for a furnace tune and during the process of inspection we received a high call on static pressure. Managed to lower static pressure by changing the type of filter gradually lowering static pressure. We’ve also discovered a dirty blower along with a low micro amperage with Flame sensor that just need cleaning. All other components met within factory specs

Installed new Furnace and air-conditioner New evap coil

Secondary inspection of heat exchanger. Not able to reproduce any CO during secondary inspection. Spoke with customer about the importance of CO detectors in the house, locations, and specifically in used bedrooms.

Came out here for a furnace tuneup. Had supervisor out to double check some of my findings we did get false readings. No carbon monoxide leak supervisors, informing the customer now.

Install 95% dual stage 110k btu furnace and 4 ton, 16 seer ac/coil

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. System is 15 years old. Ran carbon monoxide test and got multiple readings of CO, 14-38 ppm. Red tagged system. Filed supervisor is out going over replacement options.

Went for a warranty call. When going to furnace wouldn’t turn on. Pressure was closed. Cleaned out pressure switch hose. Turned system on 5 times waited and ran for 10 minutes each time. Kicked into second stage as well. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.

Went for a furnace maintenance call today. When going to furnace tested for static pressure. Static was failing over the max rating. Had adjusted dampers, open vents, and replaced filters. All electrical components pass for system. Temp split for system for manufacture specifications. Cleaned drain line, pressure switch hose, and flame sensor. Did a co test, no co was detected when testing. Inspected that heat exchanger no cracks or wear and tear. System is up and running before leaving.

High static pressure

Completed furnace maintenance and inspection. I tested airflow and temp splits. I cleaned furnace and flame sensor. I checked all components and amp draws. Furnace is running within manufacture specifications. I have no major concerns today. Most beneficial things for the system would be duct cleaning and Aeroseal. This helps keep the system cleaner and increases efficiency. Surge protection would also be a great add on to the system. The surge protector will protect the system from power outages and power surges.

Today the three hanging tube heaters were checked for proper function and safety. All three units are functioning normally and are safe to operate. The inducer bearings were checked as well as the flame sensors, inducer motor amps, flue pipe, hanging straps, hot sensor igniters and the pressure switch safeties. There is a tube heater located in the wash bay that has been taken out of service. This unit was not serviced today and is not included in the preventative maintenance agreement. Heating inspection completed. Furnace heat exchanger is compromised. Either the heat exchanger or furnace will need to be replaced before operating the system in heating mode. Gas is off to the furnace, per safety requirements. Humidifier operates when power is manually applied to it. The fault is likely present in the thermostat. It is likely not sending the appropriate signal to turn the humidifier on. Dedicated humidistat can be installed to ensure it provides her with the comfort and benefits of her humidifier.

Met with customer. Explained water heater, temperature settings and adjust it to next highest setting. She also had questions about her Battery back up sump pump. Explained its operation and both pumps are in great condition along with batteries. Cleared small grease clog from under sink basket in the kitchen. Charge diagnostic fee of 120. Cleaned up work area and collected.

Imported heating maintenance on air handler

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and found it is failing, running far above the manufacturing specifications. Founds lots of black hotspots on heat exchanger. Blower wheel was very dirty and needs cleaned. A field supervisor is out to discuss with you. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
