Client called because AC wasn't cooling. Ran a diagnostic and found the thermostat was faulty. Replaced the old digital thermostat with a new programmable thermostat. Tested the replacement thermostat and AC began cooling right away.
Return to perform warranty work. System is working as designed at this time.
Warranty Found system not turning off when auxiliary heat come on when thermostat is satisfied with in the heating cycle. Turned thermostat to heat pump only mode system would cycle properly and auxiliary heat will not turn on currently. We will return when Bosch technical support responds with a solution. System was cycling properly in heat pump only mode. We will return when we have a permanent solution. Thank you
Warranty check up Systems auxiliary heat was turning on almost immediately as system turned on. Checked Temperature splits of heat pump was 22â° and with auxiliary was 36â°. Changed setting on thermostat to not turn on auxiliary Heat on design till the Temperature is 10â° (origially 3â° manufacturers specifications) colder than the requested temperature or until the heat pump is running constantly for 15 minutes (originally 10 minutes manufacturers specifications) unless a call for defrost on heat pump is needed. System was not immediately turning on auxiliary heat when call for heat was requested from the thermostat. System operating when technicians left.
Arrived to troubleshoot a noise coming from the air conditioning system. Began investigation at the furnace. Ran air conditioning diagnostic. Found that the blower motor was making excessive noise when the thermostat would satisfy. Verified that the noise was just the blower motor. Ordered the parts and installed a whole new blower assembly. Verified that the system is operational and no longer making excessive noise. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time.

Warranty call company installed electric Rudd water heater for warranty and customer called back in saying that water was still not hot. Upon arrival noticed tankless system feeding hot water tank temperature was set at 135 and heating elements in Rudd tank were factory set at 115 Causing elements to trip on relay system. Went ahead and pushed reset button On heater and elements started firing then adjusted temperature to 125 on both elements and turn the temperature down on tankless system going into tank itself to prevent water heater from overheating. After turning heater back on water started to heat back up use temperature gauge to test water after waiting 10 to 15 minutes and water temperature was up to 120 and still climbing checked voltage on both elements in both elements are firing properly everything is testing OK at this time.

Job is to big for service I will discuss with construction about doing it
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on both the furnace system and the AC. I found everything to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances on both systems at this time. I performed a thorough cleaning of the outdoor unit and the blower wheel/compartment. The customer purchased a Merv 13 replacement filter today. Thank you
I arrived to find the condenser very dirty, not allowing the extraction of heat from the house. When I checked the filter it was very dirty and wet. I checked the refrigerant levels and they are fine. I cleaned the condenser and replaced the filter with a customer provided filter.
