Company arrive Tuesday, June 27, 2023 to inspect leak from tub behind wall. Upon inspection company found that the leak is coming from my jet Port to the tub. This is a Jacuzzi tub. After speaking with the supervisor company will not be performing any work on the tub due to the tub cost as well as this is a manufacture issue. Thank you for choosing LBA Services.

Our assessment revealed a damaged fan blade as the cause of the malfunction. To restore the system's functionality, we efficiently replaced the fan blade, allowing the air conditioning system to restart and operate smoothly once again. Company came out for leaking toilet company gave customer pricing on install new stool and pricing to pull existing and examine for damage. Customer agreed to replace existing toilet. Company found existing did have crack on front of toilet did in fact need replacement. Company installed round toilet with new components added. Company tested new system no leaks properly functioning sealed to floor no leaks. Two year warranty on labor for toilet install. Customer has service agreement on his other property honoring membership price.

Arrived to remedy an inoperable air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the system found condensation from the intake for combustion air had fouled the add a line kit. Performed diagnostic and found that the system would operate without the thermostat and add a line. Talked with homeowner about repair and replacement solutions. Homeowner would like to have a WiFi capable thermostat installed. Since the route for the thermostat wiring was open and available decided to not deal with the mess that the previous wiring was and ran new thermostat wiring. Secured all wiring out of the way and installed thermostat. Cycled power to the system and tested operations. Air conditioning system is operating properly at this time.
