Great service
LashbrookMichael - North Kansas City, MO
Got someone to come out the same day I called. I know this isn’t always possible but it sure was nice. The technician was very friendly and was able to fix things to my satisfaction. I’ve been doing business with LBA for a couple years now and I’m always pleased.
Great service once again

Jesse did my annual furnace tuneup yesterday. He came early in the 4-hour appointment window, and was finished in well under an hour. In four years I've never had any trouble with the furnace or air conditioner they installed, and this year he even said my filters didn't need to be changed. The technicians always clean up afterward, and scheduling service is easy. Highly recommend!
Still providing great service

LBA first saved my chilly butt three years ago when my furnace went out. In January, of course. 24 hours later, I had a new system that's saving me lots on utilities. Five months later they replaced my entire sewer line in 3 days with a lifetime guarantee against tree roots. Since then, they've only had to come out for scheduled maintenance and filter changes, but every time, the technician is on time, courteous, and professional. LBA may be a little pricier than some companies, but I think you get what you pay for.

Arrived on site to a no heat call on two split systems. Found unit #2 heating and not keeping up with the demand for heat. Unit #2 was not calling for heat Checked that the unit was receiving 24 volt power. What we found was a break in the 24 volt circuit at the condensate pump. We rewired the 24 volt circuit and the unit started heating. Checked all operations and the unit was operating within factory specifications.

Upon arrival spoke with Doug. Set up one man lift to access Cambridge Make up air unit. Model S950 Serial T121787F. This unit was kicked out on motor overload. Once it had been reset I began troubleshooting. The motor is only pulling 5.8 amps out of 8.9. The overload was set at 7.8 amps. Flame sensor was reading a 3.9 DC voltage and unit was operating on low fire and using a modulating gas valve to step up correctly. I could not find any true issues at this time. The only reasonable explanation is a sudden flex in power on any one of the three legs or the starter relay beginning to fail. Unfortunately the relay is not something you can truly take apart to test. I believe the issue was a sudden change in power and the motor needed reset. This was explained to Doug and if issue occurs again we will look into replacing the starter relay and contactors from Cambridge engineering. The unit is up and running correctly at this time.

Talked to Mike about the issues he’s having with system. He showed me a video of the outdoor unit making a lot of noise around 10am this morning. When we ran it, we could not re create issue. Was most likely cause by the rain and freezing rain this morning. We also set the thermostat to let he heat pump run for 15 minutes before the auxiliary electric heaters come on, because they were coming on right away. Everything is working as it should be.

Customers had multiple issues main reason for being called out was slow drain in lavatory sink for female restroom in upstairs office area. Company went ahead took apart p traps and ran 100 machine through drain and was able to open up blockage found orby beads in line itself and informed customer also informed customer about transitions for drains and to be careful putting things down drain itself. After putting everything back together company can confirm line is open and flowing at this time. Company also conducted a task of replacement of garbage disposal in kitchen area after installing new garbage disposal tested everything for operation everything is testing OK at this time.
