Full attic duct renovation with full standard series 14 seer single stage equipment sold for Monday . I do recommend 3-4 installers for this job as a lot of attic work is needed

Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test on the system. It has a max rating of .5 and your system is testing within specs at .18. Next, I checked the running amps on the indoor blower motor which were running within specs. I changed out the filter today with a filter the customer provided me with which was a 20x25x5 inch box filter(I put todays date on the filter). Next, I moved to the outdoor unit. The refrigerant charge looks great. The compression and fan motor were testing within the manufacturer specifications. I also checked the dual run capacitor which is a size 45/5mfd. Both sides tested within specs. No concerns today and you are ready for the summer season! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us! Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S. No payment was due for todays visit, it was covered with your membership. Have a great weekend ahead!

Robby my technician from LBA was cordial, methodical, proficient, and took the time to convey what he was doing. Any future service needed, I will always request Robby as the technician.

Went for a maintenance call today. Refrigerant levels are passing condenser unit and mini split. Temp split pass are within range. All electrical components are passing for both systems. Condenser fan is running close to max for the ruud system. Customer is aware of situation and to notify if no longer running. Did clean the system and is ready for the summer. Systems are both up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

The customer was with us during the whole 360 inspection of the furnace and air conditioner. The system has rust inside of the cabinet, both top and bottom of the furnace, although the heat exchanger does not have any cracks or holes at this time. We also showed the customer the extremely rusted evaporator coil And explained that this will be a problem in the future. We headed outside and checked the refrigerant charge and the system has a perfect charge at this time. The system also had a 20° temperature split. The sun who lives with his mom that has dementia Said that he will not be replacing anything at this time as they are not sure how much longer they are going to live here.

Completed Ac inspection. All components tested to manufacturer specifications. While we were testing the furnace we saw that the coil wasn’t draining properly and found rust all over the coil. We went ahead and scoped out the heat exchanger and found rust there as well. The heat exchanger is showing early signs of potential future failure. When we were testing the pressure we noticed that the outdoor unit was very dirty so we went ahead and washed it which made the pressures get to where they needed to be. System is currently operating normally. Thank you!

Took a look around. Made it known to customer that his home lacks protection without a Prv. Showed some estimates

Went for a service call today. Coil kept freezing overtime. Filters are clean, blower speeds are set correctly, 3 of 4 dampers were open. One was not open due to not getting signal from the zone board. After rewiring, all zones are calling and all are open. Refrigerant pressures outside met factory specifications. Temperature split passed. Coil was sitting at 44-45 degrees which is well above freezing. Return is sitting about 64-65 degrees. AC is up and running upon completion. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Arrived for ac maintenance today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is passing. Blower wheel is clean. I replaced filter. Motor amps are good. There’s a good 20 degree temp split. At the condensing unit all pressures and charge look good. All electrical components are running properly. I rinsed coil clean. I also stop a squeaky damper. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found dust debris collecting on the blower wheel. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found the unit making excessive vibration noises and applied foam tape to the unit to cushion the vibrations. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Completed full cooling maintenance. I changed filter washed coils and tested all electrical system. All system are running as they should be at this time. I do recommend extending the condensation line on the York unit due to a belly around the unit that pools up with water. Also found all condensation traps where laying on the roof and I re install them to prevent water going inside the building

Arrived to install smart ac sensors. Rinsed outdoor coil clean
Patrick is someone I request to maintenance our unit because he does such a great job and clearly knows what he is doing.
Walker did a great job servicing our HVAC and explaining how to keep our system more efficient. He also helped explain solutions to a water leak issue we’ve been having in our basement. Customer service however was not as helpful with scheduling. They cancelled our appointment day of last week saying they had other emergencies come up. We rescheduled and then they tried to cancel on us again this week for the same reason which I was not happy about. It’s strange to cancel twice on a client same day and make me continue to rearrange my work schedule to be home for someone that won’t show up. Thankfully, they made it right and stuck to our appointment, however I got no warning that someone was on the way. Luckily I was home but it would have been nice to have a heads up or better communication for planning.
Excellent

Robby McCarrick from LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing came for annual AC check up. He was very professional, fast, efficient. Explained all details and answered all questions.
Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed the problem, explained what he did and like all my experiences with LBA, I am very happy!!!
By far the best technician we’ve had since the installation of our unit! Johann was polite, did not press the static pressure/supervisor come out etc etc etc and overall a great experience. We’ve had him before and had a great experience however he must be in high demand because it’s been a few years since he performed our annual tuneup. Thank you to office coordinator for calling in advance to schedule, and for your flexibility to schedule within my preferred window of availability. Big Thank You to Johann for a great service experience!
My husband and I were both in our living room with the front door open from 9:45-11 today waiting for Dree to come or call or text. Never heard from him. Then I see and e-mail asking for a review from near by. When I was reading other reviews I see Dree posted an up date from 10:36 this morning that said customer didn’t respond.
Tyler was professional and fully explained the operation of the components installed!
The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system and its operation!
Wanted $1200 to install new sump pump but after calling around, I guess that’s the going rate. I went and purchased one myself from Home Depot for $150 and installed it in 15 minutes. Don’t really know how they can charge what they do.

Brady did a great job installing a Novo water softener and filtration system as warranty replacement for the original unit. His only shortcoming was in not familiarizing himself with the entire plumbing layout, he failed to notice that the valve directing water through the filtration system was turned in the opposite direction, thus forcing the water to bypass it and go directly to the tankless water heater. Fortunately, I am intimately familiar with this layout and was thus able to turn the valve in the proper direction. Brady left here thinking our water was being treated by the system because he had set it to do so (at 25 ppm hardness), but he never actually tested the water at one of the taps. After my wife Paula reported that Brady had completed the job, I tested the water at the kitchen tap and found it to be at 125 ppm (which is the same hardness as the water provided by the City of Olathe. I can confirm that after I made the valve adjustment referenced above, our tap water is consistently at 25 ppm. I can excuse Brady's small (but critically important) error due to the complexity of our water supply system, as well as the tedious history of our problems with it.
My, now prior, hvac service provider failed to contact me back and provide and estimate on when a technician could look at my furnace when it quit working on a Saturday evening. I eventually called LBA, and the on-call technician called me back and worked out a plan to come look at my furnace late that night/early Sunday morning. Patrick was very professional and did a great job of finding an issue and getting the furnace running again. Unfortunately it quit again later that morning. After contacting LBA again, Patrick reached out letting me know where I was on the list. He again was very professional and troubleshot the issue, explaining everything along the way. He didn't leave until he was certain the unit was operational enough to work until Monday so a new switch can be installed. Very impressed with the dedication and professionalism shown. Have already switched my service to LBA. Great job and thank you Patrick!

Good job
Efficient, fast and professional.
JJ was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified and discussed the problem we were having with our furnaces. Frequently I work with contractors, and I would put JJ at the top of the list when it comes to his level of customer service and experience. Highly recommend JJ, Nick and LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing to take care of your needs. Five Stars!!
Called LBA with concerns about a noisy furnace. Nick & JJ came same day. Both were patient with my questions and were professional the entire visit. They explained in detail (in language I could understand) what the issue was. If you have A/C, Heating or Plumbing needs, you can trust LBA! Call them, you will not be disappointed!
Eli put the water heater in himself. No problems after kitchen faucet was found with no hot water. Eli corrected this issue before he left. Good service as usual.
