A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following services 2/7/2025: - Opened the manhole to confirm the location of the sewer line. Removed roots by hand and restored flow to the home. - Excavated down approx 8ft deep, instead of 6.5ft deep. - Chipped and removed clay tile from the manhole. - Replaced clay tile with new 4in SDR into the manhole. - Resealed on the interior and exterior of the manhole with hydraulic cement. - Bed new plumbing with gravel to prevent any settling. - Passed inspection with JCWW. - Hauled off job-related spoils. - Backfilled trench in small lifts, tamping the dirt to get the ground as flat as possible.

When the 1st words from the plumber upon seeing your problem are: "Oh crap!" , bowels turn to water. (Not ever a good thing even w/o plumbing issues.) The stack pipe from 2nd floor br was leaking A LOT of water in the basement. Visions of torn out walls & the plans my wife has for a kitchen remodel danced thru my head to the tune of many $$$. Fortunately, it was a just a worn out wax toilet seal. My wife thinks of Mike as her personal plumber because of all the good work he has done for us.
