LBA is always up to date with the latest technology, and their technicians are thoroughly trained and always use the appropriate tools and technology. The cost is higher than most but worth it.

$89 for a trip charge/diagnostic fee is ridiculous. I now find out that an outside drain clean out should have been installed when LBA put in my backflow prevention device last year. Had LBA done this, Reddi Services would not have broken the plastic flapper when they snaked the drain. Thus, I'm having to pay close to $600 when all is said and done for what should have been only a $120 drain clean out job. I hope LBA can reconsider my costs as I believe they are negligent.

Angelina has been a professional that I have had the pleasure to have do work for me. She was friendly, very professional in her work, immaculate in her work, fast and efficient.

Mathew was outstanding when he conducted our furnace service. He took the time to tell us what and how the service was to be preformed. Also explained the results. A great plus was that he liked dogs and we did not have to lock the dog in a room. Will have no problem calling LBA again to service our home heating and cooling.

Jerry did a great job on my furnace, and he found a problem with my humidifier and was able to fix it on the spot. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Angelena is a real asset to LBA. She was thorough, thoughtful, friendly and very careful of the work she performed. She kept after our problem drain until she was sure it was open. We couldn't ask for a better technician.

Angelina was prompt, quick, informative and friendly. She assessed the problem, suggested repairs and reviewed the different options, cost and time. She completed the level of service requested in less time than quoted. There was a small problem that came up after the service. She returned my call quickly and was able to walk me through the simple fix. I will request her the next time I need any plumbing work (hopefully not any time soon though ).

The annual furnace checkup was fast and thorough. LBA always has the latest high-tech equipment and well-trained technicians.

Technician from LBA showed up right on time, very nice young man. After examining unit, we were given 2 options. 1. Need a new air conditioner, ballpark $5,000. 2. Put freeon in existing unit and hope it works at the cost of $500ish. LBA charged $89 for this service call. My second quote from A different company technician that came the same day did not charge ANY service charge fee. He, too, said we might need a new unit but he would try to see where the freeon was leaking out, patch it and put more freeon in. He fixed leaks, added freeon and charged $225. We gave him $300. Air conditioner cools better than before and runs just fine.

LBA got me in the same day I called for a main line clean out. Rich was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly!

Aaron diagnosed our problem quickly and found a replacement part in town to get us up and going. I mentioned another problem that no one has been able to figure out. He looked at the furnace and found a way to make adjustments that even tech support was unable to help me with. We are very pleased with Aaron's high level of expertise and the rest of LBA's exceptional service department. THANK YOU!

Over the years I've found LBA to have well-trained, competent technicians who are always courteous and able to answer any questions. They have superior equipment and use the latest technology. This costs a little more, but it's worth it.

Nick is very personable and likes my dogs. Always a plus in my book. Found the comb-like pieces that go in the filter by the water heater later that day. Don't think they were in the filter for Nick to remove when he changed filters. Shouldn't they be put in my new filter??

Angelena did a thorough inspection of our plumbing system. She made some recommendations of areas to keep an eye on for future repairs.

I had an AS toilet that was installed 11 years ago-quit making some of the parts. No flush valve seal anyplace! A one bathroom home needs a dependable toilet! I guess I don't know how much new toilets cost to install.
