Completed furnace maintenance inspection. I checked and drawsand components. I tested airflow and temp splits. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down furnace. Furnace is starting to crack in the heat exchanger. I showed customer pictures and we performed a combustion analysis to further test the system. Combustion analysis showed that the system is OK for now. I recommended customer purchase low level carbon monoxide detectors. Furnace is operational at departure.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Verified operation of the humidifier. Humidifier panel has had its antibacterial coating washed away. Installed a new humidifier panel and set up to return Wednesday the 3rd for Uv bulb installation. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

Drain port was unplugged and cause for system to not have heat when doing sequence of operations. Causing for pressure switch to not close. Did clean pressure switch and relocated to help prevent water from entering per manufacturer instructions. System is up and running, thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Dispatched for furnace tune-up. The components that are tested during the tuneup are heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, blower wheel, inducer, temp split and combustion in the heat exchanger. All components of the furnace are with in range of manufacture specifications. Arrived for furnace check today. Static is passing. Heat exchanger looks good. There is a good temperature rise. All electrical is in range. Blower wheel is collecting dust. There is bacterial growth on coil pan. The ducts are dirty as well. Presented solutions for cleaning, they were declined at this time. Today you signed up for membership and smart ac. Verified operation of the humidifier. Found that the humidifier panel is coated in calcium buildup. With homeowners approval replaced the furnace filter and the humidifier panel. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.
