Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. Checked temp split and is passing for specifications. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. Inducer and blower motor are passing for specifications. Inducer capacitor is out of spec is still running but would recommend to have replaced. Customer called in to have us change a part inside her toilet in the basement. Upon arrival customer showed me down to the basement toilet and toilet is a power flush toilet. Customer stated that her toilet runs nonstop and customer has a new flush cartridge that she is providing. Informed customer before starting we need to check the water pressure just to make sure the water pressure is not exceeding over 80 psi. check water pressure from the outside faucet and water pressure is close to 118 psi. Per code water pressure should be between 60 and 80 psi. Informed customer having high water pressure is like having high blood pressure. Over time, it will damage and prematurely fail plumbing components in the home. Gave customer options. Customer would like to discuss PRV replacements with her husband when her husband wakes up, but for now would like to proceed with replacing the flush cartridge for the toilet. Arrived to remedy a damper that is blocking off the main floor of the home. Upon inspection of this damper found that the damper itself is broken. Put together repair solutions for the stamper. Spoke with homeowner about repair solutions and with homeowners approval had a new manual damper brought out to me. While waiting for this damper to arrive, cut out the old one. Once the new damper arrived, installed it in the ductwork and installed a patch panel. Tested system operations. System is functioning properly at this time.

I called to get an estimate on air duct cleaning. I love the way that the company is very responsive to requests. When they sent the technician out to estimate the cost of the air duct cleaning, there was an accident that broke the coil to our air conditioning. The coil was too old to replace so the company did the right thing and replaced the entire air conditioning unit and compressor for free. On top of that, because of all of the hassle, they cleaned our ducts for free. This is a top-notch company and I highly recommend them! Every Service person that was sent to our house was very polite, professional, and courteous.

He diagnosed the problem, which couldn’t be fixed that night but showed up bright and early Monday morning with the needed part. He fixed the outside unit in the rain and got our AC running again.
