Arrived to replace inducer motor. Got motor replaced and did a check on the system. Static is good. Heat exchanger is good. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. Blower wheel has some dust building up. All electrical is good. I replaced filter, it needs to be replaced in one month. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Went for an out on system. Wet switch had moisture. Customer did reset before coming.Did notice that filter needed to be replaced. Did replace the filter. Quote to replace the heat exchanger in the Lennox package unit serial 5614H02500 marked as #7. The heat exchanger was found rusted through at the seams during the recent preventive maintenance. Price includes the factory replacement parts and labor. Repairs covered by a one year parts and labor warranty.

Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in heat. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. Checked temp split and is passing. Did replace filter for customer. Wiring for the thermostat was not set up properly. The thermostat was also set to run air handler and heat pump instead of gas furnace and AC. I switched the switch on the thermostat back to furnace and AC and fixed wiring. Added the jumper back in on the thermostat where it should be and then furnace and AC both kicked on and off without problem.

10-29-25 Return visit after yesterday‘s issues with the system of pressurizing. Yesterday I left the expansion tank completely drained today. I filled the expansion tank to 10 psi. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to replace the airtrol on the bottom of the expansion tank. Today I filled the tank system is running at this time. I’m going to order the airtrol that when it comes in.

Arrived for furnace check on two systems. Started on main floor system. Static is passing. Heat exchanger looks good. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. There is a good heat rise. All electrical is running in spec. I changed the filter. Humidifier is working. On the second system stoic is running over the max rating. Heat exchanger looks good. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. 10-28-25 During the starting of the boiler tuneup found the fill valve was not putting any water go through. I also found the expansion tank air to give me issues. Also I’m gonna return this tomorrow or Thursday to continue checking it out. I did speak with Eric the boiler shut down for now.

Upon arrival, furnace was not operating. After further inspection, I found that the control board had water get on it. This caused the control board to short out and the water also shorted out the memory card as well. I found that the water was coming from the evaporator coil drain line. I was able to unclog the drain line and all the water drained out as it should. Before ordering the control board, I looked into the heat exchanger to see if the water fell on the heat exchanger as well. The heat exchanger showed that the water had caused some damage to the heat exchanger. There are multiple spots that could potentially turn into holes or cracks. Today I could not find any holes or cracks in the heat exchanger, but I am also not able to perform a carbon monoxide test due to the furnace not being able to run. I showed customer the pictures of the heat exchanger and explained why this is a concern. If the heat exchanger develops holes or cracks, there is a high potential for the heat exc
