Went for an out system power was off when arriving. Did turn switch back on system is up and running. Temp split passes for system. All electrical components are passing for system. System I operating before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Arrived and discovered that the pilot light was no longer lit. There was a call for heat and 24v at the gas valve. The pilot was relit, gas pressure at inlet and manifold was checked, the furnace was cycled and observed four times. The furnace returned to operation once the pilot light was lit. The thermocouple was checked and I also confirmed that the pilot light was at the top 1/3 of the thermocouple and that the flame was not moving during operation. Arrived for furnace out. Found flame sensor was dirty, cleaned it and started system. System ran for 30 minutes with no issue. Today you signed up on our membership. We will be reaching out to set an appointment for a full system check. Thanks you!

Arrived for furnace out. Tried to replace blower motor with universal. It did not work. We are bringing our space heaters for you. Possibly replacement talk. Thanks for choosing LBA

Quote to replace the (2) heat exchangers for first and second stage heat in the Lennox package unit serial 5609D00071 marked as #6 for the Sanctuary. Price includes the factory replacement parts, crane rental and labor. Repairs covered by a one year parts and labor warranty. Price is for the listed repairs only. The unit will be thoroughly tested in heat mode after repairs. Any further repairs if required will be quoted to the customer separately.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating just above the maximum rated static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. While checking the heat exchanger found bacterial growth present on the bottom of the evaporator pan. Verified operation of the humidifier. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

Checked the package unit s/n 0336. Found that this system is in bad shape due to lack of maintenance. It needs a condenser fan motor, capacitor, blower motor belt, filters, and a deep cleaning on the system. Sent info to rick and sent an estimate for repairs and replacement do to the age of this unit. Note: there were two other HVAC companies on site looking at the same unit while I was on site.

Air filter does need changed out soon. I flipped the humidifier pad upside up. I found bacterial growth on the water pan for the indoor coil. Furnace is operating within manufacturer specifications at departure.
