Unable to perform flush due to uncertain labeling in breaker box

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. After inspecting the whole system, the furnace is not able to bring enough air into the system. The blower motor is extremely dirty and needs a deep cleaning. Having a dirty blower decreases the speed of the motor by 30% with a 1/8in of dust. The furnace is 17 yrs old and is not as efficient. Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it’s running over the max rating. Evaporator coil is dirty with hair and dirt. Blower wheel is coated in dust. Both need to be cleaned. There is a 19 degree temp split. At the condensing unit fan and compressor amps are good. Refrigerant looks like it could be a little low, but with the dirty evap coil it’s hard to tell. The capacitor has failed and needs to be replaced. My field supervisor came out to discuss best solutions. Today you joined our family membership with smart ac. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Tough time diagnosing smell because it wasn’t present. Told customer it could be one of two options either her traps aren’t filled or her wax ring is giving way. Filled traps to eliminate one choice of problem and that if the smell comes back then that will give us our answer.

I found that unit four condenser was not running. I tested for power at the disconnect and there was no power. I located the breaker panel and found that the break for that unit had been shut off. I restored power to the outdoor unit and ran the system in cooling. I received a 21 degree temperature split, and took amps on outdoor unit components and all tested with range as they should be. At this time the unit is running as it should be

Thoroughly explained duct cleaning, uv, bio growth, air flow to Ken, his wife is not home and he’s not allowed to make a decision without her present

Called Chad twice, left a voicemail and also sent a text this morning. No return calls at this time

Arrive for system not working. I fixed the wiring issue. Turned system on and found there was no cooling. I hooked up gauges and system is almost empty on refrigerant. It’s a R-22 system, which we cannot fill, it’s been phased out. We talked with Dre about best solutions for you. You will be reaching back out to Dre in the morning with what you decide. Calibrated thermostat and made adjustment, showed customer how to adjust it themselves if they wish to try to tune it in a little better. Also replaced furnace filter as it was very dirty from duct cleaning service in spring.

Went for an AC inspection today. Filter is good. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Outside system got washed. Noticing some rust on the coil. Contactor has some burn marks. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. System is cooling very efficiently for the age. Installing full system, humidifier, UV light and germicidal unit, water heater with expansion tank, and duct cleaning on two separate systems

Arrived for ac check on two systems. Both are running over the max rated static pressure. Motor amps are running higher than they should. Blower wheels are clean. Coils are clean and have no growth on them. There is a 20 degree temp split on both. At the outdoor units I cleaned both coils. Pressures and charge looked good on both. Compressor and fan amps were within range. The contactors were burnt on both. The capacitor for the upstairs system has failed. With approval I replaced the capacitor. You have set up for Monday afternoon for a field supervisor to come and discuss airflow with you. Systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived for ac not cooling. Pressures and charge looked ok. I found the blower wheel and filter were very dirty. All running amps were good. The dirty wheel combined with dirty filter most likely caused the system to freeze. I also found the capacitor was reading out of specs. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Customer reported that drain has worked fine for years before it started gurgling and made the sink smell. There is just one bathroom group on the drain; it hasn’t done the gurgling for days. Everything else in the house works normally. It’s plumbed in and vented correctly. Probably a clog that cleared itself.
Johann was quickly able to assess and replace a faulty capacitor.
LBA is absolutely amazing and Johann our tech always goes above and beyond!

Jared came when called by the LBA technician already at our house diagnosing our failed HVAC blower. He asked my permission to work up an estimate for a replacement system. He explained each step of his review of system requirements for our house. The estimate that he provided seemed to be appropriate for the system we chose and we accepted it. He provided a couple of portable A/C units to help cool our house for a few days until the installation crew could arrive after the 4th of July weekend. He even return the next day with 2 newer temporary window A/C units to replace the first two that were not working optimally.
Johann was very friendly and articulate. He actively described the HVAC diagnostic process as I watched him determine that our HVAC blower had failed. He satisfactorily explained that repair parts would be hard to find for our old system that was 27 years old. He asked my permission to call in a coworker to confirm the diagnosis and provide an estimate for a new system.
This was the best service I’ve ever had.
I requested a vent cleaning and find out by LBA that my AC coil is rusted and very dirty under the inside AC. Two person came and were super nice and polite.

Patrick is someone I request to maintenance our unit because he does such a great job and clearly knows what he is doing.
Walker did a great job servicing our HVAC and explaining how to keep our system more efficient. He also helped explain solutions to a water leak issue we’ve been having in our basement. Customer service however was not as helpful with scheduling. They cancelled our appointment day of last week saying they had other emergencies come up. We rescheduled and then they tried to cancel on us again this week for the same reason which I was not happy about. It’s strange to cancel twice on a client same day and make me continue to rearrange my work schedule to be home for someone that won’t show up. Thankfully, they made it right and stuck to our appointment, however I got no warning that someone was on the way. Luckily I was home but it would have been nice to have a heads up or better communication for planning.

By far the best technician we’ve had since the installation of our unit! Johann was polite, did not press the static pressure/supervisor come out etc etc etc and overall a great experience. We’ve had him before and had a great experience however he must be in high demand because it’s been a few years since he performed our annual tuneup. My husband and I were both in our living room with the front door open from 9:45-11 today waiting for Dree to come or call or text. Never heard from him. Then I see and e-mail asking for a review from near by. When I was reading other reviews I see Dree posted an up date from 10:36 this morning that said customer didn’t respond.
