Duct cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, electronic air cleaner

Completed furnace, maintenance and inspection. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down furnace. I checked amp draws and components. I tested air pressure and temp splits. I tested gas pressure. I changed out air filter and humidifier pad. Airflow pressure is over the max rating for this system. I explained to customer what that means and the effects that it can have on the system. Heat exchanger is showing signs of wear and tear already at six years old due to high gas pressure coming through the gas valve and air pressure that is over the max rating. I tuned system to run more smoothly and avoid overheating. Air filters need changed out about every three months. Furnace is operational at departure.

Crawled into the attic and inspected the exhaust. The exhaust has completely fallen apart. The B vent going through the roof looks fine and the B vent going into the walls of the home looks fine. We will need to replace the elbow and about 15 foot of straight pipe with B vent.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Furnace is operational at this time.

The air filters are getting close to needing replaced. I found a wire loose on the second floor unit and tightened it down. Furnaces are operating within manufacture specifications tightened it departure.
