Dispatched for ac not cooling. At arrival the outdoor unit was not operating. After a thorough inspection the breaker was tripped. This fault allowed for a more extensive inspection of the electrical portion. It was discovered that the system on start up was over amping and would eventually trip the breaker. To solve this fault we added a compressor saver to the unit and decreased start up amps to below max and within an appropriate range. Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is running over max. We have discussed with you before. Blower wheel is clean. Motor amps are within range. There is a 23 degree temp split. I changed furnace filter today as well. At the condensing unit compressor and fan amps are good. I added a little bit of refrigerant to get pressures and charge correct. When systems are installed in winter, we have to do this sometimes. Pressures and charge are correct. I rinsed coil clean. Arrived for ac check on 3 systems. Checked static pressure, the main floor and the upstairs systems are failing static. The master bedroom system is passing. All blower wheels are clean. Motor amps are within specs. Temp splits are all at 20 degrees which is good. Changed all filters. At the condensing units all systems have good pressures and charge. All the electrical components are running within manufacturing. I clean out the inside of the units and rinsed coils clean. All systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Completed ac inspected on 4 systems in the customers home . Systems for 1st,2nd, and third floor all were up to manufacturer specifications. The system for there add on space had refrigeration issues. Field supervisor came out and advised the home owner on repair options. Customer opted to replace as well as fixed 2 gas leaks

Arrived to do a dual system performance maintenance. Set systems for cooling. Measured each systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of each furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fans for heating and cooling in each system are coated in dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found that a capacitor in the Lennox condenser is failing. Rinsed coils free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.

The job sis going to require a lot more labor than originally planned. Customer decided it would be best to have original contractor who put hydrants in to replace them, due to the extensivness of the false wall built during remodeling. Making it very difficult to locate.

Air Conditioning System Repair Service: I diagnosed a heavily soiled evaporator coil as the source of reduced cooling capacity. After a thorough cleaning, the system’s efficiency and comfort levels were restored.

Sold main system AC/coil, second system furnace only, return ductwork/new drops & grilles on both. New thermostat, smart ac sensors, new annual membership.

Completed AC inspection for customer on both systems. There were issues found with both systems, field supervisor came to assist in service and provide advisement to customer. Customer has selected to replace damaged equipment as well as airflow modifications to correct inadequacies.

Water Heater Replacement: A homeowner sought a more efficient hot water solution, so I installed a high-performance tankless water heater, providing continuous hot water while optimizing energy usage.

New filter dryer, new return air ductwork and 20/20/1 filter grill, and changed a/c unit.

Sold 1 star duct package to fix flex ducting and sizing in attic and also replace filter drier $9260

Went for an ac inspection today. Changed and cleaned filters. Static pressure failed for the Goodman system. Lennox air handler passed static pressure. Blower motor is over amping on York furnace. Evaporator coils are good for the Goodman, but the Lennox coil is rusted. Temp split for the Goodman was 19 and the Lennox was 17. Outside units are clean. Refrigerant levels passed on the Goodman. Fan motor and compressor amperage passed as well. Capacitor passed. Lennox refrigerant levels show a restriction. After performing a diagnostic test. I noticed the filter dryer is causing a restriction. The fan motor amperage is high and compressor amperage is passing. Hard start is still working correctly. Mimi split is cooling correctly. No leaks on the system. Has a clean coil. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
