Didn’t even do what I initially asked for help. We have had this problem since we bought the house (2018) and even after we have had work done (2021/2022). This happens once a year. Snake it and it helps the issue. Seemed like they wanted more and more money out of us than a drain unclog. Just felt like they wanted to take advantage of me and didn’t do what I asked. Just talked about what more they could do or talked around why they were there. Stated there was a clog but seemed they didn’t even try to unclog it? More intrigued by his camera and wanting to send me a quote of what more they could do. I asked if he snaked it and he said no only camera. I’ve always had plumbers take to the unclog and then result in camera if issue isn’t resolved. Said they were done and wanted to take about their quote. I stated I had an appointment to get to in the afternoon and they said they would send quote via email instead doing it there. I thought they would send something by end of the day but not sure. They left without saying goodbye or filling me in on what to expect next steps are. I actually thought they were going to do more possibly snake the drain but just left? Walked outside to ask them details of the visit as i thought they were still here and they were gone. Not really sure what even happened. Highly disappointed. They were nice but not worth my time. Only thing that was good was it was same day call. Will be getting a second opinion. Felt like they may be taking advantage as I don’t normally leave reviews like this. We are both in sales so we are not new to the process.

I replaced air filter and adjusted blower speeds to stop the furnace from overheating. Furnace ran for over 30 minutes without issues while I was here. I cleaned flame sensor as well. Customer called in about Halo 5 and still having weird smell from the water. Evaluated Halo system and determined it was missing shut off and boiler drain as part of the install. Went ahead and installed one and treated the Halo 5 as a new install. Also noticed that nylon was ran as a discharge line and was hanging over other water lines. Went ahead and removed nylon discharge and installed ridged drain line for new discharge. Performed backwash cycle few times with draining in between each cycle. Halo no longer leaks and if smells issues persist, will need to contact Halo manufacture and get unit replaced under warranty.
We scoped the sewer line outside and found a few offsets but the line was completely opened, we then ran the camera through the floor drain and found the stoppage to be right underneath the downstairs toilet where someone had already replaced the cast iron line underneath the slab but was not done right causing a belly to form for the floor drain and not using the proper fitting where it ties into cast iron.
Upon arrival, there was an immediate and noticeable smell of smoke/fire odor throughout the home. The system was shut down and a full safety inspection was performed to identify the source. During the evaluation, it was discovered that the furnace had overheated to the point that it ignited components within the evaporator coil area. Evidence of excessive heat exposure and combustion was present. This condition poses a serious safety concern and requires immediate corrective action. The system was left in a safe state, and findings were documented and reviewed. Due to the extent of overheating and damage, the situation was escalated to a supervisor to discuss full replacement options and ensure a safe, long-term solution for the home. We appreciate you trusting us with your home and safety. Thank you for choosing LBA Services. When I arrived, the home was at 57°. When I turned the furnace on the blower came on at full speed and there was a call for the AC to run instead of the heat. I double checked wiring and wiring past inspection. I then went through the settings on the thermostat and the settings were incorrect. I fixed the settings on the thermostat and furnace kicked on as it should. I double checked temperatures and filter. Furnace is operating as it showed at departure. I let customer know what had happened. I did recommend having a search protector put on the house or on the furnace and AC to protect the system. I also offered our club membership for continual maintenance which also helps keep the warranties active for the system. When we come back out to check the AC refrigerant pressures, customer would like to re-look at the membership at that time.
Dispatched for a furnace that was not operating. Upon arrival, the furnace was found in a safety lockout due to a rollout switch fault, indicating the system detected abnormal flame conditions and shut down to prevent a potential fire hazard. After resetting the furnace and performing a controlled restart, the system was monitored through the ignition sequence. It was determined that burner chamber #1 had an unstable flame pattern, with the flame flickering and pushing outward from the chamber instead of remaining properly drawn into the heat exchanger. This condition is consistent with flame rollout, which can cause excessive heat buildup inside the burner compartment and repeatedly trip the rollout safety switch. During the inspection, the following diagnostic steps were performed: • Checked flue venting for proper draft • Verified inducer motor operation and confirmed proper amperage • Inspected burner assembly for any clogs, debris, or restrictions • Checked and verified gas

The Dynamic Duo came out and I actually liked them.
Technician showed up within the window provided. Quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it.
Trevor and Louis were truly wonderful as they took care of our upstairs shower plumbing. We have an old house so re-doing pipes is, to say the least, challenging. Trevor and Louis took their time, starting with careful measurements, getting all the correct materials, and then doing the job. It took them extra time as they had to get through some wood that had been placed by earlier plumbers, and they had some difficulty removing the old valves, but they were able to accomplish installing the new pipes and valves. They do have a return visit planned to finish the tile work and caulk around the faucet and valves, and then the project will be finished. They cleaned up afterwards and checked their work. We always appreciate Trevor taking care of our plumbing needs, as he's consistently attentive to detail and will keep working until the job is done. Thanks so much!
The team was super nice, polite, kept the workspace clean, etc.
Lane told me the quote to put a humidifier on our furnace is $ 750 and the cost to remove our water softener is $ 300, or a total of $ 1050. When I opened the quote it was for $ 920 for the humidifier only. This was a surprise to me. Lane is a very good sales person, but his information was misleading.

Andy was very helpful walking me through the eccobee app on my phone. He was very pleasant and friendly.
He did a very good once he got there
Very kind; excellent service!!
Fabian was excellent… professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He quoted us another job on a couple of faucets… we will definitely reach out after Thanksgiving to schedule that with Fabian.
We just had our semi-annual HVAC check-up, and Johann Aguilar did an AWESOME job! He called within the appointment window, and was very accurate regarding his estimated arrival time. He was polite and efficient, but took the time to answer some questions I had about our system, and put my mind at ease by doing a quick check of our air ducts and by opening the panel so we could assess the effect of the UV light above the AC condenser/coil. (It's working like a charm!) He conducted a thorough assessment of our furnace, and provided a checklist of his work (all "green"--hurray!). We discussed some potential improvements to the system in the future, and everything was completed within 90 minutes. He even rolled our trash container back from the curb to its resting place against the side of the house, after trash pick-up! How thoughtful!! Johann is yet another example of the 5-star service that LBA provides. Thank you so much!
Once again, I was pleased and confident that my furnace check-up was being handled by a professional and competent service technician.
Chase did a fine job on our furnace he is a very nice person to work with
The technicians arrived in a timely matter and provided excellent service and recomdations.
Chase, like all the guys from LBA, really knows his stuff!
LBA was able to adjust their schedules to get me in a bit after hours. Johann is a great tech - friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I highly recommend.
I received a great offer from LBA to have both my air conditioner and furnace cleaned and inspected. Corbin came out to do the work. While I have had some HVAC training in college, I tagged along with Corbin to learn a little more. Corbin had the latest in test equipment and inspected all vital parts. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer relation skills. I highly recommend this company.
We are so glad Corbin did such an amazing job! We will be sure to let him know you sang his praises! Call us if you need anything at all!
