Need to replace the blower shaft and bearing on both sides with one side needing the blower shaft bracket replaced. Sent photos and info to rick to send estimate for repairs.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is collecting dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found that the capacitor for the condenser is failing. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Price for heater or hot water tank

Dispatched for ac not working. At arrival the system was turned off. After a thorough inspection it was found that the filter was restricting airflow and froze the coil. Due to the age and condition of the ac system it is really important to change the filter. At this time the system is cooling, but with the age of the ac it is on its last life.

For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on an air conditioner, condenser and part of the furnace. All electrical components operating well within manufacture, specifications, and refrigerant levels looks good. One thing I did notice is I was getting a little bit of turbulence from the ductwork and after checking, it’s clear that they haven’t been cleaned in a very, very long time if ever. Cleaning these out would be highly beneficial for air, quality and efficiency. Adding a UV light at the same time would be very beneficial because we have a brand new system with a brand new evaporator coil and we don’t want to start growing any microbial growth on the coil. Duct clean and blower motor clean

This is a tuneup for AC and furnace. Checked all pressures, refrigerant levels and electrical components as well as the temperature split. Everything checked out perfectly. Upon looking at the outdoor unit, it was clear that it was quite dirty and needed a good cleaning so we did an extensive coil clean. Everything is running upon departure. Completed lite maintenance. Changed all filters and ran systems in cooling mode. All systems are running as they should be at this time

A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following services: - Fine Cut saw and hauled concrete from the stack to the foundation. - Hand dug down 1 ft and removed 15 ft of 4-inch cast iron. - Installed 15ft of PVC using proper connections and picking up 2-inch line. - Installed new toilet flange and sleeved new PVC pipe under the foundation. - Excavated an 8-ft deep trench, removed 5 ft of cast iron and PVC. - Installed 4-in PVC using proper connections with a new directional clean out. - Bedded pipe in gravel to prevent settling. - Backfilled the outside trench, compacting the dirt to get the ground as flat as possible. - Backfilled the basement trench and poured concrete back to match the existing level. - Hauled off job-related spoils. Was declined on Synchrony and GoodLeap for a 2.5ton ac/coil $9497.29 she is going to fall back on home warranty and see what they can do but she is also open to having us bandaid if they can’t do anything.

Went for a maintenance call today, tested for static pressure and system is passing when in cool. Did inspect coil saw that it was dirty as well some rust forming. Temp split was low for manufacture specifications. Did clean condenser unit. As well replaced filter for customer. Blower amps are passing for the furnace. Went outside did check charge system is low for the unit. Hence for having a low temp split. Fan motor is running close to max amperage.Compressor is passing on amperage. Capacitor is also passing. Reevaluating ductwork that needs to be done. We are going to try to do as much as we can possible and stay under the budget of $7000.

We will be reevaluating the ductwork for the HVAC system on Sunday 3 PM. We will try to set it up in such a way that it is ready to branch off into the garage once that work is complete.

7/25/25 Blower motor ordered (quoted 3-5days from factory). To be shipped to shop Today I replaced the control board for the rooftop unit that serves the lobby. Once the control board was installed the unit failed system checks. The indoor blower motor was diagnosed today as having failed. This motor was checked using the dc voltage from the main control board once it was replaced today and functioning. Below is an estimate for the replacement of the failed motor. This is a time plus material estimate for the replacement of the indoor blower motor on the rooftop unit that serves the lobby (s/n ending 9161). The materials for this repair will be $1637.77. This includes the motor and esc module as they are only sold as paired. The motor is not available locally at this time and will be shipped from Carrier directly. The labor for this repair is estimated to be between 2-4hrs at a reduced rate of $139/hr. This repair will be covered under a one year warranty from the date

Heat exchanger has multiple cracks, and the system has a leaking evaporator coil as well. Went over replacement options with customer , Patrick must speak to his sister who is currently at work as she is helping pay for the system as well

After returning to check the system, it’s clear that there’s a very large hole in the evaporator coil, which is causing refrigerant levels to drop drastically and freezing the coil. Because the system is old and is using 410 refrigerant I would highly recommend upgrading to the new refrigerant on a new system.

After checking the system, it was clear that the coil had become frozen not 100% sure why yet because I am unable to check levels. However, the furnace has been put through a lot and is cracking quite a bit. When you run it, you can smell carbon, and the size of the cracks are big enough to leak quite a bit of carbon dioxide into the air. I red tagged the unit And we have to look at solutions to get this fixed or replaced. Because the house is being sold it would be good to do everything at once that way we could save money and increase the value of the house. We will come back tomorrow with a plumber to look over everything and come up with the best possible solutions moving forward
