Dispatched for system not operating. System had an error code for pressure switch. Checked both pressures switch’s and reset the system. After allowing system to reach 100% capacity it was showing low on refrigerant and that’s why the pressure switch’s were activated. After a thorough inspection for a leak. There was no detection of a refrigerant leak. This indicated that at completion of installation the correct amount was not added correctly. I resolved the issue by adding refrigerant and documenting the amount add. System is currently operating with in manufacture specifications. Emailed estimate for plumbing work from yesterday regarding the water line replacement

Sold a regular duct cleaning $1500 and working through a main water line replacement estimate

Job was almost sold due to failing TXV and rust on coil. Daughter and son both called and talked him out of doing it immediately and to have home warranty come out and check the system for a second opinion.

Went for a maintenance call today. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Temp split passes as well for refrigerant levels. Did notice evaporator coil has some rust the bottom. No leaks in the coil. Static pressure is failing when checking for cool. Blower wheel is dirty and would recommend a cleaning. Sold Capacitor repair

Customer called to have technician check outdoor unit fan motor replacement. Found that customer replaced fan motor himself and supply house sold him a motor run cap instead of a dual run cap, sold and installed a capacitor and got everything straightened out, unit is operating again.

Checked in lightly with customer talked a little about static but overall kept it calm as they are not wanting to do any major projects at this time.
