Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected the furnace filter. Checked the static pressure and found it was failing at this time. Checked all electrical refrigerant components in the system. Today we found the blower wheel was dirty. Talked with tenant about options which they said they would pass along to the landlord.

Returned and processed payment for services rendered. Systems installed in this install are covered with a 10 yr part and labor warranty. Both systems are operating at departure.

4/17/24 Sent out today to Mikes in regards to a saddle valve. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mike who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any immediate questions they had to help set expectations. Mike allowed me to run vitals on the house to make sure everything is in good shape since they just moved in. Mike is dealing with some water damage right now because his neighbors saddle valve broke and flooded the units. While at Mikes today I did help him get in contact with a water remediation company to help get this straightened out. VITAL READINGS: -Total Dissolved Solids (cold): 312 ppm -Total Dissolved Solids (hot): 360 ppm -Water Pressure Static: 62 psi -Water Pressure Faucet Open: 42 psi (w/ prv) -Water Temp Output: 115F -Water Hardness: 0 grains of calcium per gallon -Water Quality: water softener and RO system -Water Heater: 2016 40 gal electric Rheem no expansion tank -Water Lines: Pex and copper -Drain Lines: pvc OBSERVATIONS: -old saddle valve under
