Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fan for both heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Arrived to remedy a water leak suspected to be coming from the furnace. Upon inspection of the utility closet found water surrounding the water heater and furnace. Dried water between the water heater and furnace and saw water run from the water heater to the furnace. Laid on the floor and looked under the water heater. Found water dripping from the bottom of the water heater and filling the top of one of the feet of the water heater. Determined the water heater is leaking out of its base. Reached out to a field supervisor to provide replacement solutions. Aided homeowner in drying the water until a replacement can be installed.
