4-29-25 Sanctuary is not cooling well Spoke to the pastor upon arrival He showed me where the air handler is is the carrier unit when I got up there I could hear refrigerant flowing through the line and the blower was running. I turned the power power off to the two furnaces however the Freon continue to flow. Got up on the roof and checked the carrier unit found the contact it was stuck in the run. Installed a new contactor 2 pole 24volt Than started the system in ac mode.I found the system was low on refrigerant. One of the service caps was missing and the other three were loose and one did have oil around it. I shut the system down. I have approximately 175, 200 pounds of pressure in the system. I did a leak search at the expansion valves and outside with electronic search. All the piping is pretty much exposed I did not see any oil inside or did not pick up on any leaks. Spoke to the pastor, explained the contacted to him and I need to add refrigerant and approximately $105.00 p

I ran the system threw heating and cooling, tested all function of a 2024 unit. Everything for electrical to temperature all are within range and running as it should be at this time. I did smell a mildew smell in the office area when the system is running. I believe that it’s in the duct work and needs to be cleaned and disinfected for any mold and dust. At this time system is working properly.

Went for a maintenance call today. Static pressure is passing for system. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Refrigerant charge is passing. Temp split passes for system. System is up and running before leaving.

4/25/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on six RTU’s. The filters were changed, the coils were cleaned, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

Went for an AC inspection today. Filter is clean. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean. Blower motor amperage passed. Outdoor unit is clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Duct cleaning price was more than cx was expecting , did not want any additions to current system either

Dispatched for popping noise in duct work. After listening for the noise it was on the supply duct. This indicates the fan speed was set to high. Set the fan speed to correct setting and the popping noise is removed. If I provided a positive or five star experience. I’d appreciate you sharing your thoughts in a review.

Warranty The training room and back office west Not cooling area is hot Lennox RTU #5 Model#KGA092S4BM2Y Serial # 5614M02200 Located the thermostat in the training room it is calling for cooling. It’s one of those KCPL stats. Get up on the roof access the electrical panel found Y1 and Y2 wire pulled off of the thermostat wire connections. Check the notes from the March 3 tuneup. I don’t see anything in here concerning the wires being removed. However, there was work done on the condenser fan shrouds. Then fan blade shrouds today we’re both vibrating real bad. A couple of the bolts that hold the condenser fan motors brackets in and hold the shroud in we’re missing. I got some bolts from Rick and tightened up all the brackets secure this shroud and unit is running quiet. Unit is running with two stage cooling. I have a 20° split 70-50 Hopefully the shroud bolts didn’t come loose in less than a month then we get some other problems

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Recommended a duct cleaning, polarized filter and a UVC system. Replaced furnace with proper size

AC Repair Service: The client’s AC system was experiencing short cycling. I diagnosed low refrigerant as the issue and restored levels to the manufacturer’s specs. This improved cooling performance and prevented system strain.

I performed a light maintenance. replaced all filters and tested each system cooling functions. Everything had great temperature splits and running as they should be at this time.

Furnace is up and running safely. The rollout switch went off. I reset it and tested for carbon monoxide. There is no carbon monoxide present. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
