Starting upstairs under sink, remove old steel drain line, install new pvc drain line. -Route PVC drain line above ground, approx 40 feet to opposite corner main sewer stack. A hole in the wood near toilet in basement would need to be cut. -Attach new sink line to main plumbing stack. -Run water to check operation. Arrived to remove a broken dehumidifier and install a new econet Wi-Fi capable thermostat. Removed the dehumidifier. Shut the system down and read the install manual on the new thermostat. Removed the old thermostat and mounted ferrite ring on the thermostat wire. Mounted the backing plate for the new thermostat. Connected the communication wires to their respective ports on the backing plate. Mounted the new thermostat. Homeowner connected their phone via Wi-Fi. System is being controlled through the thermostat through the homeowners phone. System is operational upon departure.

Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is failing at this time. We have been out before and discussed with you, you know about it. Blower wheel is clean. Motor amps are good. There is an 18 degree temp split. At the condensing unit pressures and charge look a little low. Today I add refrigerant to make it correct. All electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. I rinsed coil clean. Today you signed up for membership. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Evacuate remaining refrigerant, pressurize with nitrogen, locate and repair leak, reclaim nitrogen, vacuum moisture from lines and recharge with proper amount of refrigerant.

Repaired cap on main drain so it was no longer leaking.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the air handler for cleanliness. Found the blower wheel collecting dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found that the capacitor for the condenser was failing. Rinsed coil free of debris. Replaced the failing capacitor under system part and labor warranty. Spoke with homeowner about the system. With homeowners approval installed an electrostatic filter and performed a blower wheel cleaning. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
