I called LBA because they advertise quality and trustworthiness. That was not my experience. The 2 service people were very courteous yet seemed determined to politely scam me out of as much money as they could. I had very minor repairs but several of them. Not only did they give me an exorbitant price, they tried to sell me a $6k water filter. I felt they were more interested in upselling and scamming than helping. I got a second opinion, had the repairs done within a few hours and paid less for than a third of the price.

Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. 3/18/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on six RTU’s. The filters were changed, the coils were cleaned, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

Completed furnace inspection for customer. All aspects of heating components tested within manufacturers specifications. No recommendations at this time.
Furnace Repair: A furnace kept shutting off prematurely, leaving the home cold. My inspection revealed a dirty flame sensor that was causing the system to misread the flame and shut down for safety. Cleaning the sensor and adjusting its placement solved the problem, restoring steady heat.
Septic Tank Pumping: A homeowner experienced slow drains and gurgling sounds in their plumbing. I inspected the septic system and found the tank was overdue for pumping. After emptying the tank and clearing the inlet and outlet baffles, I provided guidance on regular maintenance to avoid future problems.
Today I gathered measurements for not just a rooftop unit replacement but also the ductwork that is in use for the current 4ton unit. JJ and Dre both were amazingly professional and took care of the customer great.
One system is getting replaced due to CO leak. The other system got a full maintenance. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Did co and gas leak check, no leaks. Combustion analysis test, passed. Inducer motor amperage passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Exhaust flu is in good condition. Gas pressure and pressure switches passed. Blower wheel is clean and blower motor amperage passed. Filter got replaced. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
12/26/24 - Completed a light heating maintenance on six RTU’s and four unit heaters. The filters were changed in the RTU’s and proper operation was tested on all equipment. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were running well, and there were no issues found at this time.
