Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found debris in the evaporator coil and dust starting to collect on the blower wheel. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Robbie was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything about our system in a way we could understand.

Completed AC inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time. Customer requested condenser be releveled, placed ISO pads under corners and unit is sitting flush. Insulation on line set was deteriorated, replaced insulation as well.

Calvin was personable and didn’t waste time completing the inspection of our A/C system.

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Arrived to remedy a beeping noise coming from the air handler. Found that the uv ballast was beeping because the uv bulb has burned out. With homeowners approval ordered the bulb. When the bulb arrives will schedule a time to return to install.

Went for an ac maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Blower motor amperage passed. Outside unit is clean. Refrigerate pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Arrived to remedy a system that wasn’t able to cool the home on a warmer day over the weekend. Upon inspection found everything working electrically. Connected refrigerant gages and found the system is very low on charge. Performed a refrigerant leak search on the outside equipment and did not find any leaks. Performed the leak search inside and found a definite leak on the indoor coil. Coordinated with the office to get the ball rolling on a repair. System is unable to cool until repairs can be performed.

Chase was the 3rd service person sent to try to resolve a problem. He was able to figure out a work around to fix my unit which is now working the way it should when Ideal Temp installed it almost 4 years ago.
Adam responded as a second technician in an attempt to solve a problem with my HVAC. I am grateful LBA would send additional help. I would also recommend investing in one of the maintenance plans they offer.
J.J. came out to our house at 7:30 pm while we were getting 4" of blowing snow, 1 degree outside, 1 hour drive to get here because our heater had gone out. He diagnosed the problem, left us space heaters, and is coming back in the morning to fix the furnace. My wife and I were really impressed with this young man. He was polite, knowledgeable in the trade, he really made a tough situation manageable for us. Will rate LBA itself later, but their service techs have all been a pleasure to work with.

During a winter storm my heat went out. LBA sent Andrew within a couple of hours. Am so thankful my house is no longer 47 degrees. Andrew was thorough and explained as well as able to troubleshoot the problem and made sure there were no further issues before leaving. I was on a time crunch with an obligation and he was gracious to accommodate my concerns

Appt was scheduled for 9am to not interfere with getting my kids off to school. The technician called me at 6:55 am to inform me he was going to he there at 8. The technician seemed to be very green. Took over 2 hours for a simple furnace service and filter change. Bounced back and forth from the thermostat to the furnace to the ac unit multiple times. I had to provide him with a screwdriver. He tore my panel off my furnace to sit on my floor and read it for about 30 minutes and forgot to put the panel back on before he left. When wrapping up he tried to upsell me some products but didn't have any knowledge about it. Considering the issues I had with Ideal Temp before this transition and the fact that I paid way too much money for a brand new system only two years ago I need to be able to trust that a professional is going to be here from now on.

Johann the tech and Rebecca the agent who took my initial call were AMAZING! I had my AC go out at 5pm on a Friday. Called Saturday morning at 9:20am, explaining the situation and my mother being on Oxygen and my AC was cooling my house by 11:20am. I absolutely could not be happier with the service provided and will be using this company exclusively moving forward.
