Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Tightened the connections to the capacitor. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

6/6/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on seven split systems. The filters were changed, the coils were washed, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

So we went over everything on the phone, with the basement being finished and the equipment / duct work only being 3 years old he’s not wanting to spend the money on the ductwork , especially since the basement is finished , he’s not wanting to tear down any ceilings / so forth

Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure and is only cooling the air 15 degrees. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found large hotspots on the heat exchanger and rust on the evaporator coil. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Set up a time for a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Scam! This free furnace inspection thing felt like a scam from the start. One guys shows up and he says he needs to call another guy because he wasn't sure his meter was reading correctly and that the CO2 was high. Well it just so happened that the other guy was in the area and he brought his equipment in and they found cracks in the heat exchanger and turned the furnace off. He gave me 2 separate quotes for replacement for just the furnace, one for $6696.00 that's with a discount and the other was $8869.00 with a discount. I called a local HVAC company after they left to do an inspection. They showed up today and did an inspection and said there was nothing wrong with the furnace. BEWARE of LBA, and just think of how many people would bite on something like this.

I wanted to get an estimate for replacing my mainline and unclog it, too. They did the scope to assess the line for replacement and I asked them to clear the clog and asked how much it would be for them to do it while they were on site. They said they didn't have the equipment in either van to snake the mainline and didn't offer to call anyone over or get me fixed up. So I went to Home Depot and rented a snake and did the job myself. The guys really were nice enough but they did leave me still stuck with a clog that I thought they would be able to take care of and didn't make any effort to get me fixed up in any way. I really hated leaving this review and didn't want to. But after asking me for a review 3 times, here ya go.

The attention and service of the guys was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of communication due to the delay. It was planned for 12:00 and the first technician arrived around 15:00.
