Replacing furnace with properly size furnace we did not install properly last time well I

Arrived for ac check. Upon passing inspection I found that we had installed the wrong size furnace last January. I talked with my manager and she sent Lane out to get you taken care of. Thanks for choosing LBA.

-Cut cast iron coming from bathroom group under slab part of home -Remove all leftover horizontal cast iron on main sewer line -Replace main sewer line drain and fittings with newer pvc Check operation

Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is failing. I changed furnace filter. Motor amps are good. There is an 18 degree temp split. At the condensing unit all pressures and charge look good. All electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. The contactor is starting to pit. I rinsed coil clean. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is passing. Blower wheel is dirty. Motor amps are good. Blower capacitor is failing. There is a 17 degree temp split. At the condensing unit all pressures and charge look good. Compressor and fan amps are good. The capacitor is failing here too. I rinsed coil clean. Presented to replace both capacitors, that was declined today. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following services: - Excavated where sewer line left the home approx 1ft deep. - Excavated approx 20ft downstream to correct the bellied section of the line. - The broken section of the pipe is located in the neighbor's backyard. - Was able to get camera past this spot, was not able to get cleaning equipment past that spot. - Notified the neighbor of the area of excavation; neighbor gave us the go-ahead. - Excavated in the neighbor's yard, down approx 7.5ft deep. - Peformed a 97ft 3 hole burst from house to city main. - Connected to 4in ABS leaving the house. - Center trench to correct the bellied section was approx 12ft long. - Bed new plumbing in gravel. - Passed inspection through Johnson County Waste Water. - Backfilled each trench in small lifts, compacting the dirt to get the ground as flat as possible.

Came out here for a heating tuneup upon arrival tested static static was still above its max, but was reading a lot better after improvements that we made took a good look at the rest of the unit everything else within the unit was running good I cleaned out the flame sensor, replace filter, check the heat exchanger for any holes or cracks. The unit did have smalls amount of rust, besides that the only thing I did see that was concerning is that the capacitor itself for the blower motor was reading below its manufacture specifications, so it was failing and it was a good thing to get replaced.
