Arrived with furnace control board to perform previously diagnosed repairs. Opened up the furnace and started taking pictures and labeling all the wires on the control board. Removed the old board and mounted the new one. Wired in the new control board making sure to land wires on the proper terminals. Tested system operations in heating and cooling modes. Called to collect payment. System is operating properly at this time.

Arrived to remedy a system that’s unable to cool the home. Upon inspection of the system found that the furnace fan is not operating. Performed diagnostic and found that the furnace control board is not sending the proper signal to the fan motor. Spoke with homeowner about repair solutions. With homeowners approval called Lennox to open up after hours. Without any answer or call back from Lennox am forced to Hotwire the furnace fan to allow the system to cool the home until a furnace control board can be tracked down. Will reach out for a furnace control board on Monday and will inform homeowner when I have more information.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Diagnosed the humidifier and got it operating properly. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

We hereby propose to furnish the required hoisting, labor, materials, tools and equipment to do the following: Replace the 36,000 btu water cooled Florida Heat Pump serial 3540-309-000001-T111M02902. Price includes a 36,000 btu water cooled York heat pump and water control valve. Existing ductwork, room thermostat, electrical disconnect and utilities will be reused. New unit covered by a five year compressor, one year parts and labor warranty. Includes removal and disposal of the existing equipment per EPA regulations. Existing smoke detectors will be reused if applicable. Non operational smoke detectors, fire panel interlock, energy management controls and energy management wiring will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Today heating checks were performed on the rooftop unit that serves this location. The filters were replaced and all tests were passed. The belt for this unit is worn and this is the only unit that provides heat. For this reason I do recommend replacing the belt to possibly prevent a heating outage this winter. The exhaust fan bearings, amp draw and capacitor was checked today and it is in good condition with no deficiencies. Thank you, Jon

Went for a maintenance call today for heat. When testing for co, is passing for specifications. Inspected heat exchanger no wear and tear. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Static pressure is passing for system. Temp split is within range and passing. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Found a gas leak down by the right water heater. Verified operation of the humidifier. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

Did let customer aware of findings. Inspected blower wheel and is clean. As well cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications.
