Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Checked customers concerns with toilet and how some fixtures drained.

Went for an AC inspection today. Changed the filter. Temp split between the return and supply duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Outside system got washed. Condenser coil is rusted. Control board has some burn marks. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor is weak as well. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Dispatched for no cool. At arrival system was turned off. During the inspection of the system it was discovered to have a faulty capacitor in releasing heat and removing heat from the house. The cause of this was a very suffocating outdoor unit and the furnace could not move enough air across the coil resulting in the coil to freeze. Once the coil froze it couldn’t move any air through the house. After hours diagnostic on bad capacitor. Replaced, and system is functioning properly.

Completed an ac inspection. All components tested to manufacture specifications. No recommendations at this time

Upon arrival I began by cleaning the outdoor unit. Once cleaned I connected by refrigerant gauges up to the unit to check the charge. The refrigerant charge looks good today. My subcooling target was spot on. I also checked the running amps on the compressor and fan motor outside and both are testing within manufacturer specifications. I also checked the dual run capacitor which is size 40/10mfd and both sides were within specs. I then moved inside to checked the running amps in the blower motor which was within specs as well. The unit is draining properly. Next, I checked the static pressure which is rated for a max of .8 and it testing within specs at .35 which is passing. Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system is at max rating. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Temp split is passing and as well, for refrigerant. Cleaned condenser unit and replaced filter. No further wear and tear. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Dispatched to add refrigerant that another company installed. At arrival I tested the AC system and my pressures indicated that it was super low refrigerant. After performing a recovery and a leak test, I discovered the leak at the bolt for the orifice. Tightened the orifices bolt down and confirmed there was no leak. After the leak test, I pulled a vacuum and charge the system with 5.1lbs. Tested the system and is performing at manufacture specs. Thank you for choosing LBA services.

Arrived to install smart ac sensors and set up the app on the homeowners phone. Set up the hub and connected it to the house Wi-Fi. Connected each sensor to the hub and set them in their assorted locations throughout the system. Set up the app on homeowners phone and ran through the various functions of the app. System is functioning properly at this time.

Customer ready to move forward. Needs to get cosigner for financing. Will follow up 3/25/25.

Arrived to verify a systems need for replacement. Spoke with the homeowner and gathered that there is an internal failure in the compressor. Tested the windings of the compressor and found them failed. Tested to see if the compressor is shorted to ground and unfortunately it is. The heart of the air conditioner is completely failed. Inspected the furnace to ensure that once the ac is repaired or replaced that the system will be able to continue to operate without issue. Found that the furnace fan takes a while to get up to speed, and is making a droning noise while trying to get to speed. Tested the systems airflow and found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Relayed all information to the field supervisor to build different estimates for different options to address the different issues. Breaker to the ac is left in the off position. Furnace is operational upon departure. Thanks for the cards!

Customer had quote for 2k for compressor replacement and 5k for an a/c install. He is not going to use us

Completed cooling maintenance. Checked amp draw on blower motor and compressor, checked bearings on blower motor and condenser fan motor, cleaned coil, changed filters, checked contactor,checked temp split, unit is functioning properly at this time
