Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in heat for first stage. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. Temp split and is passing for specifications on furnace. Did replace filter for customer. Dispatched for no heat. At arrival system was turned off. After a thorough inspection it was found that the system was not wired correctly for heating. After testing the system it was operating properly.

Dispatched for gas leak. At arrival the gas detector was not detecting any gas in the air of the house. After a thorough inspection of the complete gas line it was found to have a leak in the 2” main gas line. The repair would require extensive amount of gas line being rebuilt and special equipment and parts to repair all pieces of the gas line. 9/30/25 - Completed a full heating maintenance on one furnace. The filters were changed and proper operation was tested. Overall, the furnace was in good condition, it was running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

Dispatched to replace inducer motor and repair gas line. New inducer installed and the repaired gas line is no longer leaking gas into the wall. Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Checked customers concerns with toilet and how some fixtures drained.

Went for an AC inspection today. Changed the filter. Temp split between the return and supply duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Outside system got washed. Condenser coil is rusted. Control board has some burn marks. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor is weak as well. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Dispatched for no cool. At arrival system was turned off. During the inspection of the system it was discovered to have a faulty capacitor in releasing heat and removing heat from the house. The cause of this was a very suffocating outdoor unit and the furnace could not move enough air across the coil resulting in the coil to freeze. Once the coil froze it couldn’t move any air through the house. After hours diagnostic on bad capacitor. Replaced, and system is functioning properly.

Completed an ac inspection. All components tested to manufacture specifications. No recommendations at this time

Upon arrival I began by cleaning the outdoor unit. Once cleaned I connected by refrigerant gauges up to the unit to check the charge. The refrigerant charge looks good today. My subcooling target was spot on. I also checked the running amps on the compressor and fan motor outside and both are testing within manufacturer specifications. I also checked the dual run capacitor which is size 40/10mfd and both sides were within specs. I then moved inside to checked the running amps in the blower motor which was within specs as well. The unit is draining properly. Next, I checked the static pressure which is rated for a max of .8 and it testing within specs at .35 which is passing.
