12-30-24 Ordered new OEM inducer motor. They will call me when it comes in at Johnstone supply. Got PO from the office

12-31-24 Lower level common area, west Right side Coleman furnace has a bad inducer motor Model # GM9S100C16UP11J Serial # WOD7615419 I got verbalApproval from Al to install the OEM inducer motor

During this visit preventative maintenance and heating checks were performed. The bearings, amp draws, flame sensor signals, temperatures, condensation drains and other heating functions were checked for each unit. New filters were installed in all of the units. During todays checks several condensation drains were discovered to be clogged. They were cleaned today. In addition to this several flame sensors were cleaned. The units all passed this inspection. A combustion analysis was performed on the units and the supply ducts were checked for the presence of carbon monoxide. There was no carbon monoxide present in the occupied space and in the supply ducts during todays checks. Thank you Diego and Jon

4-15-24 Warranty call Dining room AC systems were not keeping up this weekend. I found the center system number one condenser service disconnect was in the office position. The outer system the control wire to the compressor contactor was disconnected. I turned disconnect on and reconnected to wire systems are both working Not really sure how either one of these items happened. However, I’m the only one working on these units now, so I’m gonna put this down as warranty

3-19-24 Kitchen, air conditioning units installed low ambient with pressure, transducer and one compressor contactor Removed the existing mechanical low ambient control units and installed electronic variable, speed controllers The old controllers were slamming the motor off and on too quickly, causing motor failure and fan failures.

3-15-24 Picked up low ambient kits to put in next week

3-12-24 Kitchen AC system repairs # 2 condenser unit. Removed existing compressor found short ground last week. We did test the oil checked out Ok We also use dry nitrogen to blow out the line set into the evaporator to confirm that the TXV is not clogged. Today we installed new 5 ton compressor, liquid line dryer, and also added some acid away. Tested the system with dry nitrogen or any leaks no leaks. Evacuated the system to 500 microns Added 8 pounds of R410a Part of today’s job was to install head pressure control both kitchen AC condenser units. Both these units are microchannel condensers, and the sensor on these units will not work properly. I need to pick up a different controller and sensor and then installed them later on. Ordered the correct head pressure controls. They should be on Friday or they will be on a separate ticket.
