MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FEATURES

LBA Services customizes each maintenance plan to our clients’ requirements and to their equipment’s specifications.

Most clients select a semi-annual, tri-annual or quarterly maintenance program to extend the useful life of their HVAC systems. We will use manufacturer specifications as a starting point to determine the proper maintenance procedures, and we will build our program based on the unit’s age and general operating condition. Our program includes a thorough cleaning of coils and economizers, change of filters and a detailed diagnostic review of all mechanical components of the HVAC system. Before starting our maintenance program, we provide each client with a detailed scope of our maintenance services.

Even with the comprehensive care this program provides, occasional failures can occur. Although the cost of emergency service labor and materials are not included in this program, you will receive top priority in response to your call of trouble during peak heating or cooling periods. We will be on-site the same day we receive your request.

We will recover, recycle and reclaim your refrigerant as appropriate to minimize costs of replacement refrigerant. Such work will be done per all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
