I replaced all three high limit safeties on the northern units. There are two extras that I left in the electrical compartment of the package unit controlling the kitchen. All three units are operating at this time, no units are having issues tripping to Highlander safety after shut off.
Three carrier units were tripped out on high limit ( electric heat). The thermostats also had program issues. I increased the fan speed on on three units and programmed the thermostats. The unit that feeds the kitchen ( model 50GCCN060A2M5A6FACO, serial 2420C87539) is still tripping off. I increase the Cfm to 5500 from 5000 right before I left. The high limit safety is having issues and should be replaced. I will send a quote tomorrow.

This quote is for all materials and labor it will take to replace the fan motor as well as the fan blade.
Upon arrival I found that they were having issues with units number 1 and 2. While inspecting unit number two I found that the unit test dip switch had not been pushed back to its normal position I switched it back and the unit came on and had a good temperature split. While inspecting unit number one I found that it was off on the high pressure safety I felt the compressor to see if it was hot it was slightly warm so I reset the safety and found that the condenser fan motor was not coming on I tested the capacitor and it was within tolerance, I found that the windings had an internal short to ground. A quote has been sent to the customer to replace the fan motor.
