Completed pm, washed all condensers and changed all filters checked and cleaned pre filters. Found unit number 1 and 3 with a low temp split. Went inside everything cooling well at this time. Library understands age of equipment and it’s limitations.

I replaced all three high limit safeties on the northern units. There are two extras that I left in the electrical compartment of the package unit controlling the kitchen. All three units are operating at this time, no units are having issues tripping to Highlander safety after shut off.

Three carrier units were tripped out on high limit ( electric heat). The thermostats also had program issues. I increased the fan speed on on three units and programmed the thermostats. The unit that feeds the kitchen ( model 50GCCN060A2M5A6FACO, serial 2420C87539) is still tripping off. I increase the Cfm to 5500 from 5000 right before I left. The high limit safety is having issues and should be replaced. I will send a quote tomorrow.
