Dear LBA friends and community, 

We know these past few weeks have been difficult and full of uncertainty for many of you and your family members. With all the unknown and constant change going on in the world each day, it can be tough to know who to trust. This is why we want you to know…

At LBA, we strive for excellence in all that we do and therefore taking it upon ourselves to keep you and your loved ones safe during this time. 

As we continue to learn more abou Covid-19, we are working to find ways to minimize risk to you and our employees. Listed below are the guidelines we are implementing based on the CDC recommendations:

• As of now, our staff is working remotely from home and our field staff is dispatched from home daily to reduce the risk of disease. For the safety of your family and ours we are also implementing the 6 ft rule when interacting with our customers at service calls. 
• To limit the spread of germs we will not be using tablets with our customers. We are happy to email any invoices or quotes to you and approval will now be made by email confirmation until further notice!
• We have distributed gloves to all our technicians to be used during site visits at home and they have been encouraged to wash their hands thoroughly and as frequently as possible to prevent the spread of germs. 
• Any tools and equipment in need of pick up from our warehouse is being cleaned and distributed to our technicians at a safe designated area for them to pick up. 
• Our Leadership Team is meeting to review processes and updated CDC information as it comes in daily. This information is then sent out to all our employees so that we can continue to stay informed and safe!

Above all, we are continually striving to keep our entire company healthy and working to make sure we are available for you and your family when you need us! We will keep you updated on any changes that may occur and, as always, will continue providing high quality service and comfort to our customers.
